Casa do Prado is a two storey villa with all bedrooms down stairs, Each bedroom has patio doors leading to well tendered gardens. All bedrooms are fully Air Conditioned / Heated with the addition of variable speed ceiling fans. The well equipped kitchen has oven, hob, fridge, freezer dishwasher & microwave. Patio doors lead from the kitchen on to a breakfast sun balcony. The utility room has 2nd sink, automatic washer, iron, ironing board & safe. The lounge diner has feature marble fire place with log burning stove. Variable speed ceiling fans. There are three large comfortable sofas, 42' Flat Screen TV, Video, DVD player, with a selection of over 50 films, Stereo-radio / CD player & SKY TV. Computer with broadband and free ADSL phone to any land line in the world.

The Villa is located within easy walking distance of Guia village where there are highly recommended restaurants & bars. There are also numerous local shops offering a variety of locally produced goods. There is also a well stocked supermarket. Sir Cliff Richards Villa and vineyards {Vida Nova} are a two minuet walk from the villa. There are regular guided tours around the Vida Nova vineyards & wine cellars where you can sample Sir Cliff's wine. The villa is approx 1/2 mile from the EN125 motorway which services the whole of the Algarve. The villa is ideally situated for a peaceful holiday but is still within easy reach of beaches, entertainment & sport. The Algarve shopping centre is less than 1 mile away, the centre has Multi Screen Cinemas {showing latest international films}, Bowling alley, 32 restaurants & bars & numerous fashion, electrical, perfume, sport, etc shops. The Algarve's most popular resort of Albufeira is 2 miles away. Local Golf courses are 2 miles from the villa.
