This lovely one bedroom mezzanine flat was completed in October 2011.
Whilst designed and built in a contemporary and functional style, the exposed brickwork of an original wall confers a warm and homely feeling to this unique place.
Apart from the secluded, well looked after shared patio garden, this flat is totally self contained, and is accessed by its own independent entrance.
Generous insulation and modern central heating make this space warm in winter and cool in summer.
The sleeping area is on a mezzanine floor. The remaining area has a wonderfully high ceiling reaching over 5 metres at its highest point and is well lit by large skylights.
The shower room is fully tiled, spacious and bright.
The sleek galley-style kitchen has a 4 m long worktop, double sink, double oven, microwave oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer and plenty of cupboard space available. It is well equipped with cutlery, crockery and quality utensils.
This flat can sleep up to two people. There are two single beds in the sleeping area which can either be used separately or put together to form a 1,4 x 2 m double bed. The double bed takes up the full width of the mezzanine, so access will be from one end of the bed.
This smart mezzanine flat is located amidst a mix of private and local authority houses.
The area is very close to the centre of London and well served with bus routes to the main attractions. The closest bus stop only 200 m away. Marylebone underground and railway station can be reached with a 5 min walk. Baker Street and Edgware Road underground stations are 10 min walk away. All these stations are in pricing zone 1.
Should you be too tired to cook, you will never be short of options for places to eat in the West End or in the nearby St John’s Wood High Street.
The flat is also very close to Regents Canal, where it is nice to stroll, jog or cycle all the way to Little Venice and Paddington one way or Camden and beyond the other way. You can relax in the lovely open spaces of wonderful Regents Park again only 5 min away and enjoy the views of the boating lake, the rose garden, London Zoo, all surrounded by magnificent John Nash designed terraces.
Also 5 to 10 mins away are Church Street market with the famous Alfie’s antique store, Madame Tussaud’s waxwork museum and Lord’s cricket ground.
Great flat! My husbant, 2 children (7,10) and I spent 7 nights in this clean, well equipped apartment. Kids were downstairs, bed is smaller but enough for 2 kids or smaller adults. Upstares is great big and very comfortable bed for two adults. Design of all house is smart and pleasent. Bathroom is big and spacious. Fruits, coffee, tea and yogurts for wellcome! Everything is in flat -hairdryer, iron, towels, showergel, shampoo, free wifi, instructions for tube, buses and markets... One market is around the corner( I do not name),Tesco 200m from flat, in Marylebon tube station is Mark and Spancer market and King Burger. Flat have small garden with trees and squirrels! Kids were thrilled. Central location –by foot Baker street, Regents park and canal, Madam T.,few bus stations – Zoo, Camden...

My husband and 9-year-old daughter had a terrific stay at this flat! The host Enrico has the rare combination of being gracious as well as professional. From our initial contact, he was helpful as well as trustworthy. As for the flat itself, it is new, immaculate, and well-situated. We loved the natural lighting throughout the flat and the gorgeous and roomy bathroom. While the location is not in central London, the buses that takes one into London is just a two-minute walk away, and the Baker Street tube station is nearby. Lastly, within a very short walking distance of the flat, are two excellent and popular restaurants - the Sea Shell of Lisson Grove and Lahore Restaurant. We ended up eating at Lahore 3 times out of the 7 days that we were in London! It is that good! And the fish and chips at the Sea Shell lives up to its reputation! In any case, we highly recommend this rental and would return to it the next time we come back to London. Thank you so much, Enrico, for our lovely stay and I hope we see you again soon!
Eine moderne, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel in London.
Angenehm ist, dass die kleinen Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs wie Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel etc. in ausreichender Menge vorhanden waren.
Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Jugendlichen (13 und 15 Jahre) dort vier Tage verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Enrico ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Ein Ordner mit Umgebungsplänen, Fahrplänen und Informationen über Supermärkte und Restaurants liegt bereit.
Hemos estado 3 noches en este apartamento. Está muy bien ubicado, a un pequeño paseo de Marylebone, en la zona 1 de metro, y justo al lado de una parada en la que varios autobuses te dejan en las zonas más turísticas.
El apartamento está muy nuevo y cuidado, bien equipado y con muchos detalles. Tiene una buena cocina y un buen baño, la única pega es que el espacio para dormir o para comer se queda un poco pequeño, pero te las puedes arreglar bien. Además, el dueño es muy atento y amable.
