The most luxurious destination in Ixtapa--Bay View Grand! Newly painted, Remodled Kitchen with unbelievable ocean view, well appointed!

Escape and take a vacation in sunny Ixtapa, Mexico at Bay View Grand. Enjoy the newest premier condominium privately owned and located right on the beach. It is located in the modern tourist resort of Ixtapa on El Palmar Beach, it is only 25 minutes by car from the Zihuatanejo, Ixtapa International Airport.

This luxurious condominium has an open floor plan, 1685 square feet which includes a 300 square foot balcony with jacuzzi and patio furniture. This fully-equipped condominium has two bedrooms, two baths, and a washroom with washer and dryer. TVs with DVD, VCR, and cable. Table for eight people and a Broyhill Sofa Sleeper (brought from the US in the living room. We also feature beautiful teak furniture on the terrace including a table with seating for 4 and reclinable teak chairs. We have purified water attached to the kitchen faucet also.

Bay View Grand features Infinity pools, hot tubs, and a full service pool bar and restaurant. There is something for everyone; game-room, spa, and exercise room and golf at the near Palmar Real Golf Course, located across the street.

About The Owner

We are a family of four. We love to visit Ixtapa. Our usual things to do are fishing, snorkeling, relaxing and having fun. We love Ixtapa becuase it is one destination with 2 paradises.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2005
What makes this condo unique

Our condo with a terrace is larger than any other 2 bedroom condo. We also recently have remodled our kitchen with an unbelievable ocean view. On our terrace we have full lounge chairs, jacuzzi and a table for 4.

We had a wonderful week at this property. It started before we arrived with lots of info and input from the owners. The condo is as pictured and then some. The pictures do not do justice to the view - nor sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee in hand (as I am doing now). Everything is here - or across the street. So if you want to cook in - the utensils are at hand. If you don't want to cook - lots of restaurants across the street.
It is our first trip to Ixtapa but not our first to Mexico. This is like a lot of other places - 15-20 years ago! We will be back and hope to stay here again. Thanks to the owners and the Bay View Grand for a great annual beach retreat.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We hadn't used VRBO before, so were a little
worried, and didn't know what we would find. We
were thrilled to see that the photos online didn't do
the condo justice! It was so comfortable and the
owners really take wonderful care of it. We loved
the hot tub on the terrace (and the terrace IS SO
much larger than the other ones!).

Bay View Grand is truly beautiful, and very well
cared for. The entire property is very clean and safe,
and gorgeous ocean views. There are lots of
wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We
can't wait to plan our next trip.

What a lovely condo! The terrace is fantastic - because it's on the 2nd floor, it's much deeper than other floors and we had breakfast every day outside. The owners were extremely helpful, and we would stay here again in a second! We highly suggest staying here, and at Bay View Grand in general – can't wait to go back!
