Clean well equipped apartment which far exceeded our expectations with great views of the Rock from the veranda. Situated in a good location within walking distance of marinas, beaches, shops and of course the Rock. The only downside of the holiday was that it was too short - a good excuse for another holiday in Gib. we hope.

Mark was very easy to deal with and very helpful in assisting us as we had to bring a mobility scooter with us. This apartment is perfect as everywhere is level. Not one single step to negotiate. The apartment is well laid out and mark has thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble for him. The furniture was lovely and comfortable and the balcony a real bonus. It's location, for us, was ideal and the rock views, particularly at night,,were amazing. We have returned to this property since December 2014 and having found him, would always contact Mark in the first instance when returning to Gibraltar.
Excellent accomodation in a location that provides access to all tourist attractions in Gibraltar. Use of the public transport and use of timetable from tourist centre in casemates is a must. Will be using the flat again this year several times when visiting family. Thanks Mark had a great week visiting family and friends.
We had a good feeling even before we arrived in Gibraltar as Mark, the owner was so nice and helpful in all our correspondence. He arranged to met us on arrival at the studio and told us how to get to casemates, the marina and the nearby beaches. If there is anything you need to know/ask, Mark leaves a contact number. The studio is really comfortable and well equipped...everything you need is provided. We loved every minute of our week in Gibraltar. You can walk to/from the airport in just over 10 minutes and the east beach is only about 8 minutes away. We enjoyed the restaurant in the casino, which we visited several times. this studio is so so roomy ....bus stop handy local store handy......and mark is such a nice guy,pity the weather didn't like us.....ha ha .....the free wifi is very useful .. in fact everything about the apartment is excellent!!as we are frequent visitors to gib....and have stayed at various "establishments"this is far the best :0)and hope to return very soon ..thank you mark for a warm welcome :0)

Neat, very well-equipped apartment in the superb location. The owner is attentive, helpful and easy-going. We were allowed a late check-out which was really nice. Short walk from the flat there is a beautiful marina with great choice of cafes, coctail bars, restaurants and casino ( we have won! ). Also very close to the airport, beach and Spain. We have booked a day trip to Morrocco with the travel agency located minutes from the flat, well worth it! We had fantastic time, one of the best holidays ever and the weather's been great. Totally recommended.
