The neighbourhood is home to extravagant galleries, second hand stores, shops selling unusual items and small boutiques that invite you to shop.
On Sundays there is a colourful flea market, surrounded by plenty of cafes, bistros and restaurants to suit all tastes & budgets! Also the night-life is within walking distance; start your night in one of the numerous pubs & bars before going to clubs like Berghain, Watergate and Astra.
The O2 Arena is just around the corner and the popular Berlin districts like Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg & Mitte are just a short tram ride away.
Berlin's sights can be reached easily - you can walk to the river Spree to beach bars and the East Side Gallery (Wall) and in just a few minutes by public transport you can reach Alexanderplatz to see the famous TV-tower.
