Self contained single studio located in the heart of Bayswater

This single studio flat has exceptional value and is a great alternative to an expensive hotel accommodation.

The studio benefits from central heating, fully equipped kitchenette, single bed, small table and chair, television.

The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, 2 hobs, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and toaster.There is also an iron, ironing board and hair-dryer available. The fully equipped bathroom has shower with WC, wash basin with mirror. The bedroom has a single bed with a small bed table.

The property is situated within 5 minutes walk from Bayswater, Queensway and Lancaster GateTube Stations, and within 5 minutes walking from Paddington mainline station (with a 20 minute connection to Heathrow Airport).

Just across the road you can find the famous Hyde Park. Marble Arch is at 10-15 minutes away with the best place for shopping - the famous Oxford Street.

ID such as a driving license or passport will be requested upon check in.

The check in time is between 2:00 pm -23:00 pm.

Check out time is at 11am

Early check in is available on request only.

The keys can be collected from the reception area which is open from 9:00 am - 23:00 pm.

If you need an early or late check in, then you should inform the time you are coming and pay an extra fee. The late check in booked in advance is £20.00. A Late checks in non arranged will be charged £25.00. Early check in is free, but will only be possible from 9:00 and only if the room is available on the day before.

Please specify your request for a late check in your enquiry.

Parking: Queensway NCP parking is just 5 minutes walk and opposite the Queensway tube station. Charges apply approx £25.00 per day.
