The House on the Hill is a modern villa built around a trullo cone. It has four double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and there are two further bathrooms. Downstairs there is a day room with a sofa bed which can be used as a fifth bedroom and a spacious dining/living room with another sofa bed. There is a pizza oven and a fully equipped kitchen. The large roof terrace has wonderful 360 degree views of the surrounding olive groves and fields.
A beautiful new infinity swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with gazebo and an outside dining area has recently been added. The water is treated by salination (with some chloride) so is lovely and soft and the tiles glint beneath the surface like pebbles under the water. The pool is 10x5m with a shallow end that is 120cm deep.
The house has two price bands depending on occupancy; for up to four guests the weekly rate starts at £1,200 and for 5+ guests the weekly rate is from £1,800. See the price section for more details.
