Beautiful house in the bay of Port Pino, located in a calm and quiet residential suburb, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room with sofa bed. One bedroom has a double bed with wooden staves and orthopedic mattress, the other room is equipped with two twin beds, again with wooden staves and orthopedic mattresses. The bathroom has a shower, this washing machine. All rooms are well lit and equipped with large windows, there is a lovely terrace equipped for outdoor dining with garden furniture, chairs and coverage in typical Sardinian reed. New kitchen equipped with new crockery, gas cooker with 4 burners and oven. There is also a covered veranda for outdoor dining with BBQ, outside shower and parking space in the garden in front of the house. Distance from sea: 1600 mt from the beach 'Portopino
