Contemporary villa distributed in one level and with a spacious living room with direct access to a lovely terrace. The dining room has got plenty of space and enjoys a nice view to the swimming pool. There is a lovely reading corner where you can sit and relax. The property has got a nice private pool and a built BBQ located in the back terrace. The house is conveniently located in the Gommar area of Port of Pollensa within easy reach to the local amenities including bars, restaurants, market and shops. The lovely beach of Port Pollensa is only a short walk away.
