Built in 2009 on the hills of Vignale, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, with beautiful views and a car park, Arianna Hill House is located just 5 km from the center of La Spezia. The modern building on three floors, offers its guests 6 comfortable bedrooms (for a total of 15 beds) of which 5 with breathtaking views of the sea, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort: private bathroom with shower and hair dryer, air conditioning, free satellite TV, Internet WiFi and safe. The ground floor has a large terrace, equipped with tables and chairs round, directly connected with the kitchen and the dining room. The first floor has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the Apuan Alps, covered and equipped with two sofas and a table with chairs. Also in the garden beds are available and tables outside. Notes

  • A 30% deposit (non refundable) is due at time of booking. The final balance is due within 15 days of arrival. Upon check-in is due to a deposit of € 500 in cash, fully refundable for any damage or breakage. The package includes: - a set of towels for each guest and bed linen - linen and cleaning of the structure midweek - baby cot and high chair. For an additional fee. - Any other change of linen and additional cleaning of the structure. - Final cleaning fee of € 200 required to be paid in cash.
  • Check-in between 16:00 and 18:00. Check-out time is 10:00. Arrivals and departures at different times and / or on different days from Saturday to be agreed in advance. The cancellation of a reservation implies the loss of all payments made. In the case of other leaseback, the customer will be refunded 75% of the amount paid (25% of the sum will be retained for the service).
