  • A 25% non returnable deposit is required at time of booking. A Security deposit of £250.O0 (300 euros) is required with the final balance 8 weeks before your stay to cover breakages, loss of keys, loss of garage remote controls and additional laundry charges- to be returned at end of stay providing there is no loss, damage or laundry in addition to the normal sheets & towels.
  • A Welcome Pack containing milk, eggs, butter, sugar, tea, coffee, orange juice, bread, soap, toilet rolls and a bottle of water can be arranged at an additional charge of £15.00
  • For stays of 2 weeks or more the price includes a 3 hour clean and change of linen and towels at the end of each week.

Excellent penthouse apartment

This is an excllent property and as described on Sarah's website.
As per other reviewers, the community is a couple of kms out of Estepona and so a car is essential unless you just want to while away your days at the pool or on the rooftop terrace.
Facilities on site are good and the restaurant and bar a gem.
A taxi into town is around 12 Eu and so wont break the bank if you want a change of scenery. We didnt use the local bus service, but these run fairly frequently too.
The apartment is large with generous sized bedrooms, living area and external space.
It was good to see that the apartment would cater easily for larger groups and provided sufficient seating and dining space both internally and out on the balcony and terrace areas. We've stayed at a number of apartments before where that isn't the case - but not here where you'll have plenty of room.
Having 3.5 bathrooms was particularly useful for a family of 4 comprising 3 females and dad!
The rooftop terrace is fantastic and reasonably private. Apart from the usual sunbathing, it also offfers great star-gazing and satelite-spotting opportuntiies after dark!
The info provided in the apartment on things to do, etc is very helpful and gave us some good ideas on places to visit, etc.
Sarah was most helpful throughout and the deposit was returned promptly.
Overall, this apartment fully met our exepctations and we were delighted with it as a base for a brilliant holiday in a lovely part of Spain.
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to others.

Needed somewhere to chill for a week following hectic couple of weeks, found the ideal spot. Stayed in the area several times, this is as good as anywhere I have stayed.
Property was lovely and clean, and just as described.
Communication with owner was very easy and information was very comprehensive.
Need a car, but that keeps it quieter and supermarkets and a few restaurants are only minutes away.
No one has mentioned the beach bar, its a little gem.
Would I stay again definately!

The description and photos correspond to the truth. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and the information/service from Sarah excellent. We stayed 1 week in March at Dominion Beach, not for the first time but the first in that penthouse. We like Dominion Beach because it's a very well kept gated community, quit and with a good restaurant. The location (easy access to highway without traffic jam) is also perfect if you wish to travel to Marbella, Malaga, Granada etc.
We had a very enjoyable holiday and would also reccomend this apartment to our friends. Without doubt we will be back next year in this property.

This penthouse flat was as described in the literature and on the website. It is very luxurious and spacious. The outside space is a definite bonus and is very private. The Dominion Beach complex was quiet when we stayed in October 2008 and has a high quality restaurante and bar area. The beach is absolutely adjacent to the complex. This flat has its own underground parking space. A car is really essential if staying here. We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and definitely reccomend it to others.

We throughly enjoyed our two weeks stay at Dominion Beach in June this year. The apartment was very comfortable spacious and everything is well thought out for a comfortable stay and of good quality, the kitchen is well equipped and the terraces provide plenty of outdoor space for relaxing. The bedrooms are large and having the en-suites we all had our separate space. The complex is very neat and tidy and quiet in the evenings. There is a small restaurant but you would need a car for all of your shopping requirements and to explore the region.
