REFURBISHED 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM, SLEEPS 6 (+ double sofa bed)

This 2nd floor, semi-detatched condo has been refurbished & is well equiped with all you need to make it home from home.Enter in to a bright,spacious lounge diner.The carpeted lounge includes cable TV and DVD player.Two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sprung double sofa bed.The tiled dining area has a large window with a nice view and seats 6 with room for highchair. Kitchen is fully equipped & has cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher & W.Disposal, Master bedroom has a superkingsize bed,cable TV, en-suite shower, toilet and double wash basins, hairdryer,walk in closet and a secluded balcony with table & chairs & a pretty view overlooking woodland.The Double bedroom also has a walk in closet &TV.The Twin bedroom has a built in closet & drawers..The Family bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and wash basin.The utility area houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a highchair and a travel cot spare bedding,Towels, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner,broom,alarm clock/radio

This rental is located close to entry of the complex with the bonus of being on the outer circle thus a little more feeling of privacy especially on the balcony. The clubhouse is just a few seconds walk away where you will find friendly staff ready to help and advise. This condo is managed by greg woodhams who also manages the sweetwater complex and whose contact number can be easily obtained at the clubhouse should any problems arise.

The clubhouse is open 9am-10pm and has just undergone a complete refurbishment, all new gym equipment, games room, drinks and snacks (coffee is free to our condo guests all day), tourist information, pool, jaccuzi and a bbq area.Free internet connection is available here.Along side of the clubhouse is a childrens play area, sand pit, tennis court, volley ball and basketball.

Although only minutes from the hustle and bustle of the highway 192 with its shopping malls,restuarants and entertainment, sweetwater club circle offers calm and tranquility in a well maintained setting of lake and trees.

We are approximately 10 minutes drive from walt disney world, downtown disney,seaworld and the amazing waterpark aquatica. 20 minutes from universal studios. Water parks typhoon lagoon & blizzard beach are about 15 minutes drive.This is not mentioning the many shopping outlets all over kissimmee.

Staying so close to most of the big theme parks it is the perfect complex to come home to after a busy funpacked day.

Walmart is just a few minutes drive for all your grocery needs. Walmart also have dvd hire at a very low nightly cost.

It is worth searching online companies for combi tickets for theme parks and check directly with parks for any special offers before planning your stay.

Disneys local town 'celebration' is an absolute must to see and is only about 10 minutes away

So whether you fancy a dip in the pool, a game of tennis or a session in the gym in our totally refurbished clubhouse we think you will love staying here at sweetwater.

This condo is perfect for couples or families. No pets allowed. No smoking . Please note cot bedding is not supplied. Pool/beach towells are not supplied.

*Disney Location*, This condo is situated in Kissimmee, south of orlando, just off of the popular highway 192. Very close to walt disney world, seaworld ,aquatica, universal studios, gatorland, celebration village and a variety of shops and restaurants, including mcdonalds & walmart which begin just a few minutes along the road from your holiday condo.

Kissimmee old town is a short distance, as are a variety of shopping outlets and malls, golf courses, water parks, markets & shows. The famous peabody hotel with their resident ducks and duck palace is about 20 minutes away and not to be missed.There is plenty of tourist information wherever you go, ticket offices for parks and shows.

The beautiful cocoa beach is a must and about a 60 minute drive.

The well maintained Sweetwater Club Circle Complex is a calm and tranquil place to come home to after a long day park hopping or sightseeing & just minutes away from where it all begins.Although plenty to do on site if you choose you will find your surroundings relaxing enough to just unwind and take a dip in the pool or chill out in the hot tub.Refreshments are available in the clubhouse where friendly staff are on hand to great you.

When using the shower it is best to ensure the outer curtain remains outside the bath and the curtains are pulled fully across after use to dry and avoid mildew.
