Attractive cottage on Grand Traverse Bay in Leelanau County. House is located on a secluded wooded lot with a private sandy beach. Four bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, screened porch, fireplace, electric heat, TV & DVD Player. Tennis available nearby. Sorry, NO PETS.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the Northern Michigan lake shore in this charming guest cottage. Nestled on the wooded shores of Grand Traverse Bay, the cottage comfortably sleeps eight in its four bedrooms. The house is fully furnished, including a well equipped kitchen. A great family get away, this is the perfect place to play on Grand Traverse Bay, with nearby opportunities for swimming, golf, tennis, wine tasting, dune climb, canoeing, tubing, water sport rentals and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore nearby, to name a few. As you relax and watch the sunset over Omena Bay on the cottage's 175 feet of private beach front, you'll truly appreciate the beauty of Northern Michigan.

The cottage is located on Omena Point, a relaxing 15 minute walk from charming, historic Omena, in beautiful Leelanau County.

Rental Rates for this vacation cottage rental in Suttons Bay, Michigan

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $1800
  • US Dollars
  • Summer 2013 Rates:
  • $1,900 per week
  • $275/night after Labor Day wknd until season closing in October. (4 night minimum)
  • One-half total rental fee due at time of booking with balance due upon arrival.
  • Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday during June, July & August.
  • We offer 4 nt rentals for Fall Foliage Weekends for $275/nt after Labor Day.
  • A $250 security deposit is required at the time of booking.
