New: located near Lens, Arras and Bethune, you will enjoy this exceptional gite with its perfect mix of modernity and history.

Located close to Lens, Arras and Béthune, this amazing gite is located in a 1820 romantic house, embedded in the centre of a typical white stone village, in the heart of the hills of the Artois.

The gite 'La Demeure' is spacious and can accommodate 6 people (+ de 1000 sqm). On the ground floor, overlooking a terrace, there is an enclosed garden planted with trees, a large living area with an equipped kitchen, a shower room, a launderette (washing-machine + tumble dryer), and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there is a small living-room over a mezzanine, a bedroom with two single beds (90*200) and a shower room (with toilet), and a very large bedroom with 2 double beds (160*200). Baby accessories, bicycles, Internet Wi-Fi can be provided. This lodging is non-smoking.

Bedroom 2 has a separate shower room and toilet, 2 beds of 90*200 with quality bedding, pillow and duvet for each bed, bedside lamps and chest of drawers. Sets are provided. The 2 bedrooms open onto a hall offering a reading and relaxing area.
