Fantastic apartments for holidays in Sicily. Located in an ancient building completely restructured in 2011.The units are comfortably furnished with wooden furniture, large private terrace with barbecue area and patio furnitures. Air conditioning. Hi.fi, CD player, TV LCD, sat. TV. The service provided includes bed linen, towels and blankets. Ideal for families and for summer holidays but also for cultural holidays or even SPA holidays! Located in Sciacca, really close to supermarkets and winery. The city centre is about 150 mt faraway (5 minutes walking) that means that you can easily leave the car in your free private parking and get to downtown just walking. The old harbour is about 300 mt faraway, and the beaches are far about 500 mt. Close to the archaeological sites of Agrigento, Eraclea Minoa, Selinunte, but also to Segesta, Motia and to the Aegadian islands. Beautiful beaches and natural reserves are within reach. Direction to the property: From Palermo and from Trapani Airport follow the highway A29 direction 'Mazara del Vallo', exit Castelvetrano and head towards Sciacca (direction 'Agrigento') on the road ss115. When in Sciacca you'll cross an underpass, slow down and turn right direction 'Porto', go straight and after 2 km you'll reach a roundabout, take the first exit on the right and at the next cross (about 300 m) turn right toward the up-hill; go straight and at the end of the street you'll find a small roundabout where you are almost arrived, take the second exit you'll see an indication of 'Casale La Zagara' that will lead you to the accommodations. Just give us a call and we'll be there in minutes.

From Catania airport follow the highway A19 till Caltanissetta and then follow the direction 'Agrigento' once in Agrigento follow the SS115 direction 'Sciacca'. When in Sciacca follow the indication to the city centre and reach the Terme (SPA) building. Once there Just give us a call and we'll be there in minutes.

Quite flat of about 50 M2 in an ancient building ('800) completely restructured in 2011. Sleeps 2+1. The entrance is from our private path, in the garden, deck chairs and patio furniture for exclusive use of guests and a private barbecue area. The layout of the apartment is warm and welcoming. The apartment have an open-plan living/dining area with a fully fitted kitchen (with a good supply of crockery, cutlery, pans, etc.) and a sofa bed. A lobby leads into the sleeping area which consists in one master bedroom and a bedroom with single beds. The flat is comfortably furnished with wooden furniture. Air conditioning, HiFi, CD player, TV LCD, sat. TV. The service provided includes bed linen, towels and blankets.Free private parking.

Sciacca is a really safe city. 45.000 inhabitants, many Pizzerias and Restaurants with affordable price and high quality food. Fish is the speciality of the place. Sciacca is an old city where you can still find aspects from the Arabs and Normans period. Many are the ancient building of the city and unique is its main square that gives to all the visitors a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean and African sea. Sciacca is also famous for its SPA, where you can enjoy a warm solphoreum bath or a sauna in prehistoric caves...you can't miss it!

You can't miss the Filippo Bentivegna's Garden of Enchantments the Sicily's famous outsider sculpture garden.

Beaches: Sandy, Rocky, Cliffs...the shore varies and gives you the opportunity of choosing everyday a new experience.
