Saint Germain des pres - rue de Seine - very charming studio with terrace

The apartment is in an excellent central location, and very secure in a lovely apartment building. It is VERY tiny, and even two people struggle for space. The single bed was the only place we could put our luggage. Food preparation of any kind is not really possible, and the same small sink is for all purposes. The only eating area is on the back terrace, but the neighbour's window overlooks this and she was always on the look out to see if we were doing anything wrong! The bed was comfortable, just as well as there was no where else to sit or do anything. Washing machine was a bonus, but drying difficult with clothes everywhere, although having wifi was great. The shower was mouldy and both shower and toilet were tiny - the shower is where a bedisde table would be and the toilet at the foot of the bed.. Overall, just too small and a little grotty for us. THe manager was pleasant, but because of the size and state of the apartment, we would not recommend it. It did not provide the things for which one normally would rent an apartment rather than a hotel room.
