Walk just half a mile to the private beach park from this unscaled pool home in the heart of Park Shore - one of Naples most affluent neighbourhoods. Excellent shopping and dining is also within easy walking distance The home itself is truly stunning. The all new furnishings and linens are of the highest quality - Tommy Bahama, Ralph Lauren etc. The ambiance is opulent, yet beachy and tropical, with natural woods and cane creating a cool, relaxing ambiance. Our home is proud to feature the photographic work of Clyde Butcher and Cliff Thompson, local artists with an international reputation. The home design is open plan and rooms flow effortlessly into each other. A particular feature is the large sliding doors running the whole length of the living area, bringing the outside in. And the pool and lanai are a particular delight, the tropical yard large and private. There are very few homes available in Naples with a stunning location like this in a neighbourhood such as Park Shore.

Notes: This home has been equipped and furnished to the highest standards. The designer kitchen was installed at a cost of $70,000 and has a pretty breakfast nook. The formal dining area is both elegant and relaxing. The master suite, with its own bathroom and dressing area, continues the tropical theme. The queen bedroom, with blue and white striped Ralph Lauren bedlinen, has a sense of the ocean, just half a mile away. With its seashell motif, the twin bedroom continues the seaside theme and these two bedrooms share the second bathroom in the west wing. The lanai furniture is high end and practical, allowing you to enjoy the Florida sunshine in comfort and privacy. Our yard is simply enormous and very unusual in an area like Park Shore - it is full of luxuriant vegetation such as exotic palms and banana trees. You will know you are in a tropical paradise!

This villa is simply stunning, my wife and myself had a fantastic time.
Everthing in the villa is top of the range and spotlessly clean, the pool is big enough for a large family to use and relax in comfort. Excellent location if you do not want to drive out to eat with many restaurants within walking distance.

We thought this house was great and had everything we needed. Although we have stayed in Naples many times before we have never been so centrally located and we especially appreciated the beach pass.
The house was clean and well maintained and Noelle was very friendly and helpful.
We will be back!!

We loved the layout for our large family. The pool was fantastic. Great location; close to food shops, beach etc. Also the property managers were very attentive.

Perfect Naples Vacation Home

This stunning Naples home in the Park Shore area is perfection. As returning guests, we have always enjoyed Noelle's home for its excellent location to the beach, shops and downtown Naples. But more than that, we love it for its secluded backyard with glorious pool and lanai. It's our piece of Heaven when we visit Naples. There is nothing that Noelle has overlooked in providing the best of the best for her guests staying here.

More than perfect

Me and my family from germany( from 28 years till 64 years ) spent two weeks in this beautiful and perfect home. Everything was luxurious, clean and new, the garden was very big and tropical, the furnitures there more than perfect. The location from this home can´t be better:The Fresh market and a wonderful calm beach can be achieved with the bike or within walking distance.
The villa is perfect for guests, who like to have a holiday in an upmarket home and area.
