Villa Hermosa is situated in the exclusive residential area of Benimeit Moraira. The villa was built in 2004 and was planned to take full advantage of its commanding position on the hillside with fantastic views of Moraira and the beautiful sparkling Mediterranean. Villa Hermosa has all the amenities and luxuries necessary for a fantastic holiday, these include sea views, gated private parking, air conditioning, large kitchen with modern appliances, television with a selection of English television channels, dvd, broadband,2 i-pod docking stations, CD/radio and a safe. There are 4 bedrooms 2 of which are shower ensuite and a family bathroom, this makes it suitable for 2 families. A private heated pool (if required), large poolside Naya, barbeque and an additional terrace kitchen.

Moraira has to be experienced to be able to take full advantage of its unique relaxed, calm, and friendly atmosphere, with diversity of holiday makers coming mainly from all over Europe. The town of Moraira has three excellent blue flag beaches, El Portet is a secluded bay with a sandy beach and showers. The beach bars are a perfect place to end your day and watch the sunset. The two other beaches are in the town of Moraira and have an activity area for children and more beach bars and cafes. There are dive centres in Moraira which offer an assortment of diving areas along the coast. Jet skis can also be hired and there are regular accompanied trips on the jet skis along the coast. There is also a fun fair and a go-karting track suitable for all ages. The marina in Moraira is one of the best on the Costa Blanca, the club nautico offers excellent dining and drinking facilities, either for morning coffee, afternoon tea or an evening drink.

Notes: There is no smoking in the house but there is an outside covered Naya area where smoking is permitted. For younger guests there are cot, high chair and stair gates available You will be greeted at a local cafe by our representatives and accompanied to Villa Hermosa, they will be your point of contact during your stay for any queries or problems. A welcome pack is included when you arrive consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, water, milk bread, butter, jam, crisps and dip. Upgraded welcome packs can be ordered for an extra charge. Outside catering is offered either meals in the villa or a freezer fill. The villa will be cleaned weekly on a Saturday and clean sheets, bath and beach towels will be supplied, a maid service and ironing is available at an extra charge.

For more information visit....: Moraira is approximately 1hours drive from Alicante and Valencia airports, most scheduled and budget airlines fly into these airports. Moraira has an abundance of boutiques,jewellery and home interior shops, on Friday mornings there is a local market with stalls selling fruit, veg, clothes and souvenirs. There is an excellent choice of resturants, ranging from a'la carte dining to pizzerias, Chinese, Indian, English and of course authentic Spanish resturants. A very good 9 hole golf course is about 10 minutes drive away in a small town called Javea. It has 2 putting greens, driving range, 2 tennis courts, a large swimming pool and paddling pool. It is possible to book from 10am every day for a maximum of 3 people three days in advance. Players must have a HCP -26 for gents and 34 for ladies. 18 holes are 50 euros & 9 holes are 30 euros.

The villa was located in a very picturesque place, and although there were villa's close, we were neevr overlooked by other people in near by villas. The villa its self was very clean and a comfertable place to stay in, it was big enough for eight of us, two families with young children. i thought the villa was very child friendly. The fact we had a private pool, made our stay alot better being able to keep an eye on the child was alot easier, and we were able to relax alot more.

i would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a private holiday with their family or friends.

We have visited this excellent Villa for three consecutive years with between 4 and 8 in our group. It is spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. It provides a good place to stay and relax for a week with stunning views, terraces and a pool or alternatively a good base to explore an attractive part of Spain.

The villa is private and in a quiet location with a good range of restaurants and shops easily accesible by car

We would thoroughly recommend this villa and will not doubt be staying again ourselves in the future.
