• Luxury townhouse villa with garden and patios • 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room in spacious suite on downstairs floor. (sleeps 6) • 2 bathrooms • Lovely open plan kitchen/living room with views out over the pool, gardens and sea • Cosy seating and dining area for 4 • Air condition in all rooms (Charged separately) • Direct access to communal swimming pool, 5 meters from patio • Garage and utility room This new villa is located in the beautiful Apollo Beach Villas complex, situated on the sea front in Chlorakas, close to Paphos. The villa has 1 double and 1 twin room, with 2 bathrooms. The open plan living area features luxury furnishings with a welcoming and warm feel. Large comfy sofas add a nice relaxing space for lazy evenings, and there is a nice round dining area with seating for 6, with wonderful views over the pool and gardens. The communal pool is directly in front of the villa - a few steps from the patio.

Apollo Beach Village is on the outskirts of Paphos town. There are small beaches on either side, as well as the charming village of Chlorakas with its small local eateries and shops. Paphos itself has a lovely harbour area, walkways along the seafront, the shopping districts of Kato Paphos and Old town Paphos, as well as a large area of streets full of restaurants, bars and discos. Lovely beaches line the seafront, and there are lots of interesting venues to visit all along the coast. The famous beach area of Coral Bay is a 10 minute bus-or car drive further out from Paphos.

Golf in Paphos: There are 3 great 18 hole golf courses within a 45 minute drive of Paphos. Tsada is the closest, approx 20 minutes from the villa. This has been hugely upgraded over the past 6-12 months, and is now a very nice course. Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are both stunning and interesting courses, found a little further from Paphos, on the road to Limassol.

My grandchildren and their parents thought the villa was marvellous and having the pool so close enhanced their holiday. Nice neighbours , quiet and friendly. I would most certainly recommend toanyone a holiday at your villa. The cleaner were very helpful and extremely pleasant. Thank you."

Stunning villa Apollo

Villa Apollo was extremely well equiped which made it feel
like a home from home - but in a fabulous location! The
views from the terrace are stunning - so much so that we
often had a bbq in the evenings, instead of going out, to
take full advantage of the sunsets. The children loved the
pool which was very clean and only a few paces away. I can't
recommend this property enough and found the owner a
pleasure to deal with. Thanks very much.
