This spacious house sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms & stunning sea views

Traditional Portuguese 3 Bedroom property with a large bathroom and separate shower room. All bedrooms have balconies and sea views. It is superbly located 100 metres from the Inatel beach to your left and Fishermans Beach to your right, with great views towards the marina. Tastefully decorated throughout & comprising of two double and one twin bedroom. Fully tiled fitted kitchen, Spacious lounge & seperate dining room. The property can sleep up to 8 people. ( 2 on sofa beds )

This secure property is accessed through a PVC front door immediately up a marble staircase to the first floor with spacious hallway, all the rooms are on this floor, the second flight of stairs leads up to a 40 x 30ft private furnished roof terrace ideal for alfresco dining. Fantastic views over the beach and marina entrance, across to your right. There is also secure gated parking at the side of the property although a car is not necessary in this central location. All three bedrooms plus lounge kitchen & dining room have patio doors leading on to balconies and are fitted with locking shutters.

Close to Beach / Promenade / Old Town : The property is situated in a prime location approximately 100 metres from the top of the escalator which leads directly to the sea front restaurants, beach and the old town square.

It commands views across the old town and beach. It is out of earshot of the lively bars and music of the town centre.

Perfect home, close to the Old Town

My wife and I and my Mother and Father spent a fantastic week at this house. It is in a quite residential area but a few minutes walk to the nearest shops and bars and only 10 minutes to the Old Town itself. The private roof terrace is huge and gives and unobstructed 360 degree view of the area including of course a great sea view and of Albufeira. This large property has loads of space and the welcome from the owner was superb and they were easily contacted if required. The property was clean, had everything we needed and this all added up to a wonderful holiday.

The most beautiful place on earth!

This appartment is totally beautiful. There are lovely rooms for at large family, the roof terace has the most wonderful view, you can sea the blue ocean from everywhere. There are everything you need: restaurants, sandy beach and shopping.The appartment is clean, lovely and is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Manager provide perfect customer service - if you need help you just call - and they will help you. We will visit again, and we will be looking forward to it. Very much!

Excellent location

Myself and a group of my girl friends stayed here in June and it was perfect for what we wanted. when we arrived the owner met us and she was lovely, and showed us around. The apartment had been well prepared and we were very happy with the cleanliness of it. There is a lovely beach only a short walk away but we spent most days sunbathing on the roof terrace. The bars and restaurants are also only a short walk away so no need for a taxi when we went out at night. Some nights we even cooked in the apartment before going out and it had all the cooking utensils we needed. Would definitely come back.

Perfect Short Stay

I found this property to be perfect for what me and my husband were looking for. It had everything we needed. it was spacious and most importantly to me it was clean. we especially liked that it was close enough to everything we needed (very short walk) but not right in the middle of the bars. Have recomended to family and friends.

Great Spacious Apartment

This was our first time staying in a private rental and we were plesently surprised by the excellent service provided. From the time of booking to the airport transfer everything ran smoothly. On arrival we were met by the owner who showed us around the property and said to contact her anytime with any questions. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location, very close to the beach and restaurants. Everything in the apartment was to a good standard of upkeep and comes highly recommended.

very tired holiday home (faulty towers)

the photos looked great but not in reality !! the house was not clean, the toilet seat in the bathroom was loose and we were told you are only here for a week so you will just have to manage, the bathroom door wouldnt shut properly and didn;t lock. although Claudia did get somebody in after we complained !!! we had to wash every dish in the kitchen before we could eat from them and every cup !! where oh where was the cleaner ??the balconies were not safe as there was some of the bars missing from the safety railings leaving sharp rusty bits. all so good job no kids with us!! the beds need replacing as they are done !!Claudia was not there to meet us when we arrived the bus driver had to knock on the door downstairs and ask for a key .all in all a very tired and dirty apartment very disappointed would not go back !! albufeira itself is lovely and in general the portugese people very friendly .

Owner's Response: We immediately contacted the owners who dispute the cleanliness issues. They maintain that several complaints were made without foundation. The older railings on the balcony do require maintenence over the winter season due to the close proximity of the sea. Our aim is to ensure all future guests are satisfied.

Traditional Portuguese town house superbly located 100 metres from beaches and top of escalator leading to centre of 'Old Town'. Located between the Fishermans and Inatel beaches and less than a couple of minutes walk. Very close to all the restaurants and bars but situated away from the hustle and bustle of night-life.

Golf: Top golf courses are within 15 minutes drive at Vilamoura and Salgados.

The new Algarve Golf Academy is 5 minutes drive and they also have a restaurant and bar, driving range, etc..
