The villa is located in the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club community is a PGA championship golf course rated four stars by Golf Digest and ranked in the top 100 courses in America and in the top six in Florida. In addition to the golfing facilities there is a club house & restaurant, a large communal swimming pool, tennis courts and children’s play area.

Outside the gated entrance, yet within walking distance there is a 24 hour WAL MART, bank, and fast food outlets, fine restaurants are also nearby. Southern Dunes is an ideal base from which to visit all the major attractions, around a 20 minute drive from Disney, 25-30 minutes to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure and about 30 minutes to Sea World. Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are about an hours drive away.
