A beautiful villa, constructed in 2010, situated in a privileged area of Sitges, called Quint Mar.

An excellent sea view and a green zone in front of the villas guarantee you silence and relaxation throughout the day and night. Easy access to center of Sitges or just a 3 minute drive to the highway that takes you to Barcelona in 25 min. The beach and the beautiful harbour of Sitges are just a 4 min drive. In case you don't want to drive make use of our bicycle rental service(see further details). Or make use of our free transport service to the beach and center which is included in the rental price.

We manage 9 of these villas so we are able to offer more extra services to our clients compared to other homeowners. Our daily cleaning is unique and included in the price not obligated by the way. The free transport twice per day at the daytime you wish is handy in case you don´t like to walk down to the village or beach. We have our techniciens to fix any problem you might have the same day. Its horrible to encounter any kind of problem during your holiday. We garantee you a quick result to any problem.

The villa has a private pool and an elevator inside, 5 bathrooms and 4,5 bedrooms of which one is really big and can take up to 6 people....We allow up to 14 people. The prices are for 12 people and for 1 or 2 persons extra we charge a small extra fee.

We manage our availability calender but its still open as we have several of these villas next to eachother so we don´t block of dates until all villas are fully booked.

Surroundings and airport pick up: The surroundings are lovely. The beach and the center are at the bottom of the hill. You can use our free transport service if you don´t like to walk.(please ask us for details). You are 5 minutes away from a very big protected natural park where you can walk or ride your bike. Barcelona is very easy to reach by one highway which goes straight to the center of Barcelona. We have two airports close-by. They are Barcelona - El prat or Reus. You can also fly to Girona and then take the train, bus or car which takes you about 90 minutes to reach the house. Please ask us for our cheap pick up rates from the airports, Barcelona(El Prat), Reus y Girona. We can also rent you one or two vans for 8 people each. The price for one is only 525 € per week.(limited availability) including airport pick up and drop off. We also have a car, hyundai Atos, for rent for 35 euro per day and a porsche Cayenne for 150 euro/day.

Extra services that we offer: The hostess that will welcome you and is responsible for the fact that everything is at your wish, is able to take care of the children at night when you go for dinner or a drink. This service does have a cost of 12 Euro per hour. We can also provide scooters for you to rent. We have 125cc scooters which cost 200 Euro per week. Reserve when you book the villa. We also offer bicycles for 35 Euro per week. Please reserve in advance.

Dinner service: We have made a deal with an excellent English chef who can cook for you some or every night. In case you like to use this service we can send you a menu by email. The costs are 35 Euro per person including a bottle of wine per person. Children of 12 years or below get a menu for half price.

Breakfast service: 62 euro/week/person Free groceries delivery service if you buy over 40 euros.

BBQ party service with music. please ask for prices and availability.

Sport service: We have made an excellent deal with the local golf club. For reduced prices you can play golf, football, basketball, paddle or tennis or use the three swimming pools that they have. It is located just right next to the sea, it is a really beautiful spot and you will love it to spend a day or just a few hours there. Ask us to send you the photos and prices.

Golf: We have a very nice golf course next to the sea. The green fee is 75 euros during the week.

This course is very difficult but not very known but very interesting.

Ski: The ski areas are at a 2 hour drive. In April its possible to go skiing in the morning and lay at the beach in the afternoon.

What a great time we had at this place.
The whole family enjoyed it. The place has a great view, it´s quiet yet close to Sitges center and the beach.
We also made use of the chef, and she was a great cook. Thanks Ana!
The villa was beautiful. We have stayed in many places but this was definitely one of the best.

Me and my family of 9 had a great time in this fantastic luxureous villa with expensive taste. Lots of marmol in the house and a real wooden floor. The host, was very nice and assisted us in everything we needed. In the villa everything was there and everything worked fine. At some moment the coffeemachine broke but vladimir brought us a new one straight away. We absolutely recommend this villa and the excellent host. We frequently rent villas but this is one of the best we have rented so far.
