RENOVATION FINISHED APRIL 2012, SO ALL NEW.

This villa is unique for Sitges because of its location, 200 m from the beach, walking distance from the centre and its seize. The villa has A/C, a private tennis court, a large private pool and a huge 3000 m2 garden. This villa is in the most exclusive area of Sitges and has a value of around 4 million euros. The area is very quiet but has easy access to the beach and boulevard of Sitges. There is plenty of space to eat inside or outside with a group of 20 people.The garden is so big it offers more than enough space for quiete relaxation and joyful play to be taking place at the same time without one disturbing the other. The villa consists of 7 bathrooms which are all new, all new bathrooms, a new kitchen and a mix of new and antique furniture, the villa will be painted inside and outside in 2012.

surroundings: This exclusive villa is situated in the most prestigious area of Sitges, called Terramar. Many famous people live here. Therefore its very safe and quiet. The streets are wide and there is lots of green around. The villa is situated next to a public park where there is a football pitch for the children and a playground for the younger ones. For the adults we have the golf course at walking distance and the beach at 200m for everybody to enjoy. You can find restaurants also at 200 m from the house. Or you can choose to have a drink or dinner in the centre and to get there you just have a romantic walk along on the boulevard next to sea. The villa has the biggest garden of all villas being offered in Sitges and is one of 3 villas within 300 m from the beach and one of few villas close to a golf course.

You also have easy access to Barcelona either by train or car within 35 min you are in the centre of Barcelona or 25 min to the convention centre.

Extra Services: The hostess that will welcome you and is responsible for the fact that everything is at your wish, is able to take care of the children at night when you go for dinner or a drink. This service does have a cost of 12 Euro per hour. We can also provide scooters for you to rent. We have 125cc scooters which cost 200 Euro per week. Reserve when you book the villa. We also offer bicycles for 35 Euro per week. Please reserve in advance. Dinner service: We have made a deal with an excellent Filipina chef who can cook for you some or every night. In case you like to use this service we can send you a menu by email. The costs are 35 Euro per person including a bottle of wine per person. Children of 12 years or below get a menu for half price. Breakfast service: 62 Euro/week/person Free groceries delivery service if you buy over 40 Euro. BBQ party service with music. please ask for prices and availability.

Pick-up service: Please ask us for our cheap pick up rates from the airports, Barcelona(El Prat), Reus y Girona. We can also rent you one or two vans for 8 people each. The price for one is only 550 € per week.(limited availability) including airport pick up and drop off. Please ask us for further details. We also have a Huyndai Atos for rent for 30 euro per day or a Porsche Cayenne for 150 euro per day.

Renovation of this villa finished end of February 2012. This villa is located in the most exclusive area of Sitges. The villas have a value of 3 million or above, where also some of the football players of FC Barcelona have their villa. Most villas offered to you in Sitges are in the hills surrounding Sitges so it is difficult to walk down and up. Our villa is on sea level and only 200 meter from the sea. From the villa you can also walk to Sitges center just following the beautiful promenade along the beach. On a Sunday you will find many people walking the same promenade or in the summer every day. Once you take the 200m land inwards and you arrive at the villa you seem to be in an oasis of rest and peace. The area consists of very wide elegant roads. Next to the villa there is a public park where children can play and there is even seen football pitch. Also the golf course is at walking distance. Don´t miss the chance to stay in the most beautiful villa in the most exclusive area of Sitges.

Golf: The villa is only 500m away from a very beautiful sea view golf course so you can walk and play every day if you like.

We can even get you a discount on the fee.

We have a very nice golf course next to the sea. The green fee is 75 Euro during the week.

I would also like to give you a tip. There is another club at a 20min drive from the villa. The green fee is only 40 Euro. This course is very difficult but not very known but very beautiful. Best price-quality I have ever played on.

Ski: The ski areas are at a 2 hour drive. In April its possible to go Skiing in the morning and lay at the beach in the afternoon.

We had a really lovely stay at this villa during Easter, the house if full of character and very spacious. The sea is within walking distance and the town of Sitges is well worth a visit with lovely restaurants and great shops.

The villa provided lovely accommodation for our big family, it was clean,comfortable and the owner provided excellent customer service - thanks Vladimir.

Vladimir and Rosa, the owners, asked me to write a review which is actually not a review but a preview...i want to rent this villa in the summer and as I live in the south of France I went to take a look as the pictures on the website are of how it was before. They will post new pictures once it is finished in middle of February. I was surprised how beautiful it is going to be. They described it to me but i wanted to see it with my own eyes. I am sure I will have a great holiday here in the summer with all my family of 20 in total. You can rent this property, it is going to be a perfect place next to the sea from what I have seen.
