VERY CENTER, CONTEMPORARY MIX; SPECIAL PRICE FOR LONG STAYS

2 couples stayed 9 nights. this is a clean, airy no frills apartment with plenty of space for 4 people. the bedrooms are seperated by a hallway adding privacy. the front bedroom is noisier at night (faces street) the back much quieter. lots of hot water in the showers (pleasant suprise considering age of building). front bed is really two singles pushed together. kitchen is super tiny but we cooked two great meals in there. there is a great bakery around the corner and the peruvian restaurant next door made dining on rainy nights very cozy and fun. Placa Reial is right across the street. Carrier Ferran makes getting bearings in the Barri Gotic easy. we appreciated the owners quick responses and the ability to check in early, although usual check in is not until 3pm. must pay full price in euros on arrival. would stay here again- we had a great time. note if the weather is chilly have heat turned on and if weather is hot there is only one air conditioner in front bedroom, but there is a lot of cross ventilation. you hear churchbells in the daytime and many musicians practicing - charming.
