Two bedroom villa, one bathroom and air conditioning

Villa Vincenzo is found on the west coast of Sardinia in an idyllic location right by the sea. The villa boasts wonderful uninterrupted views from the garden and pool. The beach is a minutes walk and is a mixture of sand and rocks. The villa has a terrace (20sqm) where you can spend all day relaxing in pleasant surroundings and marvel at the wonderful sunsets. The grounds are lovely with a spacious garden with herbs and palm trees. The swimming pool (6m x 5.2m; open between May to Oct) faces towards the sea and is shared with the owner who sometimes stays in the white villa next door (about 10mts away) to Villa Vinceno. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower and a barbecue.

Entrance to the living area with white sofas, TV, kitchen corner (dishwasher, four gas burners, microwave, fridge) with table and chairs. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with air conditioning. Parking within the grounds.
