Description of the Clermont vacation apartment rental
3-bedroom spacious apartment one on the upper level of a two-apartment house in a cul-de-sac in Clermont, St. James , 6 kilometres from Bridgetown, the capital and 4 kilometres from Holetown on the west coast (where shops, restaurants, beaches, watersports and golfing are available). A 5-minute drive away is Warrens Business Centre where there are such facilities as a large supermarket, banks , a laundrette and a medical centre and many more shops. Nearest beach is less than a 10 minute drive. Main bus route is a 5-minute walk away. All of the island's tourist attractions are readily accessible from Clermont. Ideal for a family holiday within a budget. Please note that this apartment is on the upper floor and may not be suitable for young children under the age of 6 or those with walking difficulties due to the fact that the apartment is accessed through its own private external stairway.
