Located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines Plantation, this lovely home has been recently updated with all new custom bedding and window treatments, all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen as well as granite countertops and new tile throughout. The master suite is located on the 1st floor of the house and has a king bed.

Off the master suite you will find an attached den, which has a day bed with pull out trundle. On the 2nd level of the house you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen all opening into each other allowing for maximum space. Off the living room is the screened porch over-looking the private swimming pool. Perfect for dining al fresco on warm summer evenings. Also on the 2nd level are 3 bedrooms - one is equipped with a king bed while the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twins.
