Great Stay

It was everything we needed for our six day stay in Paris! This is a very cozy apartment in a very secure building. Everything was very neat and clean. At first we had some confusion as to how we were supposed to get in and where they were for waiting us. However, the sushi restaurant was very kind and helped us call Robert and from there, everything was alright. Agnes was waiting for us inside and she kindly explained everything to us. We cooked almost all of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen and found many grocery stores nearby. My youngest daughter loved the loft and it is very stable. This would not be good, however, for someone who cannot climb up a ladder a few time a day. They were so accommodating that they even went the extra mile to help us with the taxi. Overall, we had a very good experience and we would recommend this apartment.

This cozy apartment is located in the 6eme arrondissement. You are only steps away from Erick Kayser boulangerie, the metro station Duroc, Polane boulangerie, La Grande Épicerie, just to name a few of the best "magazines" to visit while in Paris. The apartment is exactly as the pictures shows, and the owners are very helpful and very nice. We stayed for 10 days and the 18 square meters never felt tight. We cooked, did laundry, and lived like Parisians for 10 days. It is very quiet, we never heard the neighbors, meaning we had peaceful nights. The bed upstairs is super comfortable and the steps are sturdy and safe. The heater makes "zero" noise, and the radiator in the bathroom worked very fast.
If you are thinking in renting this property do not hesitate, it is ideal for a couple.

Wonderful home base in Paris!

This place was absolutely perfect. The owners were absolutely the best hosts ever. Robert even waited for us at the apartment to check in... even though we were 4 hours late! He was so accommodating and kind. He speaks enough English to communicate all of the necessary things, and is very easy to work with over email and by phone.

The apartment is immaculately clean, very conveniently located and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was really nice for a longer stay (10 days) to have a laundry machine and a well-stocked kitchen to cook in. It is a tiny place, but the loft makes it feel roomier. It was perfect for 2 people, but more would fit reasonably well.

The surrounding neighborhood is AMAZING. The Bon Marche Grand Epicerie is a few blocks away. Amazing cheese shop Fromagerie Quatrehomme is practically across the street. The Rue de Raspail organic market is nearby on the weekends. There are several grocery stores, a post office and lots of shopping very near, as well as several Metro stops very near.

This place was an amazing & peaceful place to have as a home base as we explored Paris. Really, really worth it!
