Holiday rental: 78 m² house with loggia, terrace, garden and pool in Grimaud

The house is located in the Pierre et Vacances villages “Les Restanques du Golfe de Saint-Tropez” which is watched and secured.

This 61-acre Mediterranean park is listed “Parc Remarquable”. The house is 6 minutes on foot from the aquatic centre and the heated pool via the pedestrian path through the park.

The sea is 2 km

The house has been renovated in 2012. Its surface area is 55 m² complete with 23 m² loggia and 2 47 m² terraces as well as 125 m² private surface opening onto 35 m² garden with direct access to Parc des Restanques.

The assets of the house: on the ground floor, the villa is composed of an entrance and a living area with open plan kitchen. The furniture, the household appliances and the utensils is offered on inventory upon simple request.

You can eat your meals on the terrace or on the loggia adjacent to the villa and gather in this large space with family, children and friends for convivial moments.

On the ground floor, there is also a shower room and a toilet

Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, cupboard and safe

Saint-Tropez style 23 m² terrace/solarium overlooking the park: this West and East-exposed balcony is sunny all day long and equipped with parasol and sunloungers to create a private place to rest and tan.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds that you can join to make 160 cm double bed

Bedroom 3: small bedroom with bunk beds, window opening onto the Restanques, wardrobe with hanging space and 2 large drawers for children or teenagers.

Bathroom and separate toilet

This holiday property which is rented privately allows you to access the aquatic centre (beach; wave pool, slides, Jacuzzi and paddling pool). This exceptional access is complemented by La Calade pool, heated pool where you can practice aqua gym.

You will boast of the sport equipment of the village-club: tennis, soccer, basketball, volleyball, handball, beach volleyball and table tennis.

You can also take part in the cultural activities and events of the village-vacances.

It is a family house that we purchased to get closer to our children. We rent it to be able to pay the charges. It is privately rented thanks to the presence of our children in Cogolin.

What makes this house unique

Our house is composed of 3-4 rooms. It is very quiet while being in a 4-star residence: the resort Pierre et Vacances, Les Restanques du Golfe de Saint Tropez boasts of a great aquatic centre and 61-acre Southern park. The park of the residence is listed “Parc Remarquable”.

In addition to the living area overlooking the large 28 m² terrace, the design benefits from a loggia for outdoor living which is very pleasant day and night.

Besides, a terrace/balcony on the first floor is accessible from the parental bedroom and offers a discreet solarium not overlooked but very well exposed.

You can easily access the pool which is 10 minutes on foot via pedestrian paths.

Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis bien dans cette maison. Séjour très agréable malgré un temps pluvieux. Maison à la fois fonctionnelle et chaleureuse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la végétation et la grandeur du parc, à la fois beau et un peu sauvage. Accueil sympathique et souriant. Adresse à conserver.

Très agréable maison, et très bon accueil

Nous avons pris ces congés en décembre . la maison est bien équipée , propre et rénovée . Nous avons été très bien accueillis.

Nous avons pu profiter des promenades dans le parc magnifique et faire du tennis et du ping pong .

Les enfants peuvent aller à leurs activités , librement dans le parc en toute sécurité

Nous avons vu le superbe espace aquatique et nous comptons revenir dès le mois de mai pour en profiter.

You will enjoy a nature and sport environment with activities for your children and teenagers. The house is privately rented.

Our private guests enjoy the same services, activities and events as the residents of Pierre et Vacances.

The village “Les Restanque du Golfe de Saint-Tropez” with its walking paths and botanical tours offers, during your strolls, a wonderful panorama overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the French Riviera, Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez.

At your disposal is 1600 m² aquatic centre embellished with vegetation with tropical and Mediterranean scents.

Watched while bathing, you will enjoy wave pool with geyser, outdoor pools (1 heated pool and 1 unheated pool), aqua gym sessions, fitted beaches, Jacuzzi and slide.
