The perfect choice!

The spacious house made for a wonderful retreat at the end of each day, allowing everybody privacy and quiet when needed. Many, many hours were spent in the pool and shooting pool!
We had all of the amenities we needed within arm's reach, were close to the grocery stores, restaurants and attractions we came to visit. Our location afforded us with an easy day-trip to either coast. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The home is beautiful and clean. The neighbours were friendly. There's a playground within walking distance.
My youngest (4 yrs old) was very sad to learn he had to leave his "new house" on our day of departure. He had every intention of staying.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

fantastic location large well heated pool

Just got back from orlando its the 7th time me and my family have been and i can honestly say this villa is the best we have stayed in, the location is ideal for all the parks (disney, seaworld and universal) the pool was heated perfect from day one and the villa was more than sufficient for our party of 7. Situated just a stones throw from the192 and just a 10 minute car journey away from international drive (via the 535 vineland road) its perfect for all restaurants and shopping.
The villa is located in a beautiful cul de sac which was lovely and quiet and neil the owner was always at hand to answer any questions. This villa is perfect for a large party or if your a family of 4 who likes to have a bit more space, if your going to orlando for a first visit then i would highly recommend this villa as its a great location and so easy to get to from the theme parks and even the airport (orlando international airport less than 20 minutes away). Fantastic restaurants almost on your doorstep (try smokey bones on the corner of the 535) and shopping starts literally at the end of your street makes this villa perfect for your vacation.

wonderful stay

had a wonderful holiday in july with my family and grand children the villa was great and had everything you would need. supermarket and restaurants a stones throw away,a wonderful base for your holiday.Pool table a bonus had lots of fun using it.Villa was clean and well-maintained,only one tiny issue the netting over the pool was burst in top corner
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Good time had by all

On the positive side, it is a lovely sized house in an excellent location. It has a good pool, albeit not very private. The property provides everything you need to have a perfectly balanced holiday of park mayhem and relaxation. All supermarkets and restaurants are in very close proximity as indeed are the parks. The booking, arrival and return of deposit was handled very smoothly and I would have no hesitation in recommending the property to others.

On the negative side, there are a few minor repairs needed and the decor is a bit tired and in need of a refresh.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Pleasant stay!!

Our recent stay at the villa was a pleasant experience! We were on vacation to enjoy the Rebel Spring Softball tournament that our daughter's college team played in. The villa is located in a centralized area with abundant shopping and eating establishments nearby.
We were pleased with the property. It was well maintained and clean. We utilized the kitchen as often as our schedule would allow. Appliances were provided and in good working order. We were looking forward to barbecuing outside a couple of evenings, but the grill that is provided is an older, inefficient charcoal version so we decided to cook inside instead.
We did not get the opportunity to use the pool as the weather was rainy, cloudy and cool most days of our stay. However we did enjoy the pool table that was provided.
We would recommend Al Capones dinner theater for anyone that wants to enjoy a night out. The dinner buffet was splendid with many items to choose from. The entertainment was rated PG13, so families with young children are encouraged to attend. It appears a bit pricey, but everything is included and if you go online they provide a coupon for half off of the admission price!

Customer service was excellent as far as renting the home. I did everything via e-mail and encountered no problems.
I would recommend this property and would stay here again if it is available.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
