If you are seeking peace and tranquillity with beautiful ocean views this is the property for you. Within a five minute walk to the new Sam Miguel Marina with water sports amenities and boat hire. There are several bars and restaurants on Amarilla Golf itself and a ten minute walk will take you on to Golf del Sur with numerous more shops, bars and restaurants as well as a frequent bus service should you wish to venture further. This front line apartment looks directly out to the sea, (only some 30m away),and is opposite the entrance to the new marina. (There are fantastic sunrise and sunset views from the south facing, sunny, terrace.) The apartment is also surrounded by the prestigious Amarilla Golf Course, and adjacent to the Golf Del Sur course, Convenient too for the beautiful fishing village of Los Abrigos , 10 minutes drive from Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Las Americas,and only 10 minutes transfer time from the airport,-we are not on the flight path though !!

Amarilla Golf is situated on the edge of an 18 hole golf course and is linked to Golf del Sur where there is another, 27 hole course for the keen golfer. There is also an international standard bowling green within a ten minute walk and riding stables very close by with horses for both the beginner and the more experienced rider. This area is particularly suited to those seeking a peaceful and quiet holiday, who might enjoy a quiet sunny south facing balcony, with the chance to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine and watch the sun set. Or maybe, perhaps the opportunity for a leisurely stroll along the coastal path overlooking the ocean, or, for the more energetic, another few holes of golf. Los Cristianos is a ten minute drive to the shops or the night life, or the Sunday markets and the various boat trips to see the whales and dolphins. Local activities diving, surfing, swimming, fishing, tennis, sailing, cycling, horse riding, wind-surfing, or just doing nothing !!
