3 and 4 day short breaks can be taken out of season and these cost 75%/85% of the weekly rate.

This terraced house is accessed via a small hall, off which is a cloakroom with basin and wc. The dual aspect living room has a leather three piece suite, coffee tables, pine bookshelves, flat screen 32' TV, DVD/CD PLAYER, beech dining table and four chairs, open plan kitchen with marble tops and beech units, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, gas hob/electric oven, extractor fan. Very small patio off dining area, accessed by French doors, with table and 2 chairs. Upstairs to two double bedded rooms, each with a 5' wide double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. Bathroom with shower over bath, pedestal basin and wc. Telephone giving free local and national calls. Non smokers preferred. Smoking on the patio is acceptable. Not suitable for pets. Restricted parking in the road outside, but special arrangements can be made if available. Broadband WIFI connection.

An excellent quiet location

An excellent location for visiting Brighton and the surrounding area. The property was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable. A well equipped kitchen except for a casserole dish but this is a minor grumble.
I made the enquiry through home and away and the communication was excellent, I would book through them again.
I would stay here again.

No 9 Medina Place, Brighton

We had a great stay at Medina Place. The owner was very welcoming and the house is in a very quiet and central location. Lovely interior, very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely little patio area. Just a few minutes walk from the seafront and lots of shops and restaurants. A real home from home, highly recommended!

This is a charming and beautifully presented terraced house with two bedrooms in a residential area close to the shops and restaurants and also to the seafront, where the King Alfred Leisure Centre offers you an indoor swimming pool and bowling alley. The property will sleep up to four people in two double beds. Close to the centre of Brighton itself, with the Lanes, Theatres, Brighton Conference Centre, The Pier and Sea Life Centre... and now the Brighton Eye!

The pebbled beaches at Hove are nice and clean. There is sand at low tide. Lots of entertainments within a short walk of Medina Place. The lovely old town of Arundel, with its fabulous castle, as well as the City of Chichester are both within a short drive. Lewes the County Town of East Sussex, only 7 miles to the North East, is very well worth while to visit.

In an Easterly direction you will arrive at the lovely old village of Rottingean, then Newhaven with ferries to France and then Seaford with its long beach. Further on in this direction you arrive at Eastbourne, a splendid Victorian Seaside resort town.,
