Lovely ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with sunny private terrace in award winning exclusive complex. It has direct access to a beautiful enclosed garden with two communal pools. The pools are surrounded by magnificent palm trees and flowering shrubs making it a haven for sunbathing and swimming. The apartment is in immaculate condition, is fully furnished and fitted to a very high standard. It sleeps 4/6, the accommodation includes 2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms including bath, showers, bidet, w/c's and sinks. The master b/room has a double bed and the second b/room has twin beds. Both b/rooms have large wardrobes and storage areas and are fully air conditioned. There is an open plan spacious lounge nicely furnished and also air-conditioned, containing 2 couches both convert to comfortable double beds. The lounge has a 32 inch flat screen TV with digital channels where you can enjoy all your favourite UK programmes. The dining area and kitchen are furnished and fitted to a high standard . The electrical appliances include cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer , iron and washer/dryer. The kitchen leads directly to the delightful gardens and pools.The apartment is entered through is own small private front garden containing a terrace dining table and chairs, ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine or a cool drink and watching the world go by. The front garden overlooks a charmimg green tree lined park. Just 1 minutes walk away you will find the main square containing shops, banks, supermarkets and numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. The nearest blue flag sandy beach is only a 500 metre walk away. There are six further blue flag beaches along the magnificent coast line. A superb tree lined promenade connects the beaches making it an ideal and safe place for walkers, joggers and cyclist alike. It is 5 minutes drive from Murcia Airport and 45minutes from Alicante Airport by motorway.

Within a short walk from the apartment there are bus stops with excellent connections to the local towns, villages and Murcia city which is a 50 minute drive away. There are two excellent 18 hole golf courses located 5 minutes drive from the apartment and La Manga with its numerous championship courses is a 25 minute drive. The apartments location on the ground floor makes it ideally accessible for both young and not so young alike and is perfect for guests with mobility issues. The surrounding area are also very flat and level with lovely safe walks and cycling paths.

A MUST STAY

My wife and I stayed in this apartment in December 2008. It was a pleasure to wake up to blue skies every day. Colin, the very helpful manager arranged for a taxi to collect us at the airport which was very welcomed as my wife has very bad arthritis and cannot stand for long. The apartment is on the ground floor and was very easy to access. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed being able to watch all our favourite UK channels and few good DVD,s We did not need a car as the shops and restaurants are only a couple of minutes walk away and the bus stop to Murcia and Cartagena is very close by. All in all we had a very restful and enjoyable holiday and will definitely be back.

2014 HOLIDAY

The apartment more than met our needs, ideally laid out for a family of 4 with teenage son and daughter. Very good security measures and the blackout blinds coupled with air-con in all rooms, meant a good rest was had by all. Situated very close to the local Plaza which had a family friendly community feel, we enjoyed live music long with good value food and drink. The local Supermarket made daily shopping a breeze. The pick-up and drop off to and from the airport was very smooth thanks to Graeme and very reasonably priced. A great Week!, Love Alison, Owen, Rhys and Leah

We have just enjoyed our second family holiday in this great accomodation. It is like a home from home, very clean, everything you need and so close to beach and all ameneties.Sun loungers and extra towels also supplied. A real plus to this property is the two bathrooms and two terraces, perfect in every way.
The owner Brenda is so helpful at all times and makes sure that you enjoy the whole experience, Graeme is so helpful when there nothing to much trouble.

AMAZING HOLIDAY APARTMENT IN LOS ALCAZARES.

The property was exaxctly as described on website, very clean and well maintained.
The owner Brenda was helpful from first contact , nothing to much trouble. Graeme who looks after property was a real asset to the holiday, always at hand and very helpful.
We would recommend this property to anyone who likes a real home from home, all amenities in walking distance. Great pool on complex.
The Plaza is a delight and caters for all tastebuds and prices vary but all reasonable. The Bayside Restaurant is excellent and service is first class. The Boulevard Cafe/Bar is also worth a visit, great to sit and enjoy the sun and music on a few nights over the week.
A real gem and the setting perfect, cannot wait to go back.

Just a quick note to say we had a great holiday in Los Alcazares and a very comfortable stay in your lovely apartment. Also thanks for the wine and cherries when we arrived. Graham was very helpful picking us up and returning us to the airport, and making sure everything was ok. We are not sure what we are doing next year as more family members would like to visit Los Alcazares, but when there are just the two of us we could definitely like to hire your apartment again.

GREAT TIME, INCREDIBLY HELPFUL

We had a great time in Los Alcazares thank you, Graeme was incredibly helpful and showed us places that we hadn't discovered last year so we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the old town more this time around. The children especially loved the small pool and it meant that we could actually sit and watch rather than one of us always being in with them, much more relaxing!

Please could you confirm when you have destroyed the deposit cheque, just for my records thanks.

The apartment is in the centre of Los Alcazares 5 minutes drive from Murcia Airport beside the Mediterranean and endless blue flag white sandy beaches. Alicante Airport is approximately 40 minutes by motorway. There are direct low cost flights from many airports in the UK, Ireland and other European destinations. A car is not necessary as you can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Taxi/airport transfer is available locally. There is an excellent regular bus service to the local towns of Murcia and Cartegena bus stop 100metres from the apartment. Golfers will be delighted that no less than seven golf courses can be found within easy reach. The renowned La Manga golf course which has three championship courses is 20 minutes drive away. The warm calm sea of the Mar Menor is a bathers paradise with the area averaging 320 days sunshine per year. The World Health Organisation recently declared the province of Murcia the cleanest area in Spain. Bars, cafes & restaurants abundance.

The living /dining room has two comfortable sofas (sofa beds) seating six, a coffee table and a number of occasional tables. It also has a large wall unit and sideboard. There is a tv with sky tv which will enable you to watch all your favourite British channels and dvd player. The dining area contains a table and four chairs. The kitchen is extremely weel equipped with fridge freezer, automatic washing machine, oven and ceramic hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, juicer and sandwich maker. It has a large range of cooking utensils. The kitchen has direct access to a beautiful enclosed garden containing adult and children pool. The terrance overlooks a lovely green park with lots of nice trees, it has a dining table and four chairs, there is also a small private front garden which gets lots of sun and deck kchairs are provided for sitting in this area. You can park your car directly outside the apartment and it is just three steps up to the front door.
