Luxury air conditined 3 bedroom house in Cambrils exceptionally well located just 130 mts from the beach and around 1.2 km from the centre.

The residence Passeig del Mar is a beautifull familiar complexe with private garden and lovely communal swimingpool.

The house has 130 m2:

Groundfloor:

Lovely independent fully equiped kitchen ,1 bathroom , the wide livingroom with big sofa , TV and direct acces to the terrace and private garden.

Terrace:

The house Passeig del Mar has private garden with 70 m2 of surface, design sunbeds, barbeque and chill out area.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equiped with washing machine,dishwasher, frigo, oven .

1rst floor:

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 1 complete bathroom.

Garden:

Passeig del Mar has a lovely communal garden of grass, trees and lovely swimingpool.

Cambrils as one of the most important touristic places in Catalonia has very good connections by car, train or aeroplane.

Just around 3 km from the house there is a connection with motorway AP-7 that goes from Barcelona to Valencia and Cambrils is the exit n 37.

Cambrils has a beautiful train station in the middle of the village and just around 1 km far from the house.

The nearest airport is the ' Reus Airport ' with many Ryanair low cost flights and it's just around 18 km away from the house. There are many buses doing the route Reus-Cambrils and many taxis in the airport.
