Situated in the idyllic and traditional village of Drapanos in the Apokoronas area, which has two traditional Tavernas, mini market and within 3KM to additional facilities. There is a modern styled living /dining room, which has two large sofas, satellite TV/ PlayStation, and a collection of Cd's/DVDs catering for all ages. Off the living room is a fully fitted Kitchen area complete with Fridge Freezer, full sized oven/cooker. There is an abundance of cooking utensils for those Clients wishing to dine at home or, to have al-fresco meals. There are 2 spacious bedrooms ( double and a twin), both double wardrobes. The Bathroom consists of a wet room, WC/ Wash Hand Basin and washing machine. The Swimming Pool is a real sun trap and well equipped with Sun Loungers/ Outdoor Furniture, and children toys. Secured roof Terrace with barbecue and children's play area. We offer a free Maid Service for the weekly change of Bed Linen and Towels.

The nearest beach at Almirida which is a 5-minute drive, from which you can sail, windsurf and kayak. The historical Minoan sites of Knossos and Phaistos, the glorious cities of Chania and Rethymnon with their Venetian architecture, modern shopping centres and vibrant harbour side cafes, tavernas and restaurants. The famous Samaria Gorge and fun-filled Water City waterpark are all within your reach as are the many blue-flag child-friendly beaches. Local agents in Almeritha and Kalives run excursions to other places of interest such as the island of Santorini. On your arrival, an Information File will provide you with a wealth of information to make sure you are fully aware of everything your holiday has to offer.

  • A 25% deposit required on booking. Balance 12 weeks before arrival paid into vendor bank account.
    If the Tenant terminates this contract before the arrival date and doesn’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, they are responsible for paying the following penalty fees to cover costs (excluding cleaning), as long as a further rental is not possible:

    Termination
    - up to 90 days before rental period: 60% or rental price
    - up to 60 days before rental period: 80 % of rental price
    - up to 40 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price

    SPECIAL OFFER:
    5% off on normal rates for any booking of more than 2 weeks, in any period.
    10% discount on full booking value minus any discounts if booked 6 months in advance.
    - FREE maid cleaning once a week (Tuesdays)

We have just returned from a staying for one week in this beautiful villa. We were amazed at the quality of the accomodation not only in its decoration and furnishings but also in its cleanliness and presentation.It was well located in a lovely rural traditional village in the mountains, with stunning views. It was great to be able to amble down to the local taverna serving excellent ethnic cuisine. We would definately stay here again.

Highly recommended Villa.

Lovely welcome pack on arrival and villa was spacious, clean and as described.

Area was lovely with the tavernas within walking distance especially recommended. The beach was 10 mins drive away (car probably essential) and whilst it would have been nice to walk the advanatage was it was quieter and more local.

Had difficulty working playstation and TV though not want we came on holiday to do in any case.

In short very good villa and superb VFM - highly recommended - book now!

Peace and Tranquility in a Modern Villa

We returned from this very comfortable villa a week ago. On arrival at the clean and well maintained accommodation we were provided with a substantial welcome pack - ideal for holidaymakers arriving at this destination late. There was a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery, towels, a large fridge freezer to keep drinks cold in the extremely hot temperatures. The accommodation was within a comfortable walking distance of two tavernas selling traditional Greek cuisine and a small mini-market. A ten minute drive took you to the seaside resort of Almyrida with a number of frontline restaurants and bars, although the steep road with a number of sharp bends was not for the faint hearted. All in all an enjoyable week at this clean, comfortable and modern accommodation with the additional bonus of a clean and cool swimming pool right on our doorstep.
