Welcome to Barcelona Magica.

We invite you to enjoy the city from apartments 'Guell Gaudi &' in a modernist building. Newly renovated keeping the old charm with all the amenities. You'll enjoy the wealth of the old town in Las Ramblas: painters, flower market, Boqueria market, living statues, etc.. The Gothic Quarter with the remains of its medieval past, modernist buildings of Gaudí Route, art museums, restaurants and bars. Or Puerto Viejo area: Plaza Colon, marina, Aquarium and Zoo, beaches of Barceloneta.

From our balcony you can see the museum Ramblas and Palau Guell by Antonio Gaudi.

There are two apartments one called 'Guell' main floor was -2, which can sleep up to 5 people, and another 'Gaudi' that is in the same building plant arrives in 3-2, for maximum 4 people.

Apartments are 40 sqm, is on main floor (2 real), has a bedroom with double bed and living room with 2 sofa beds to sleep up to 5 people, LCD TV, wi-fi, dining room, fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower. Apartment have sheets and towels. In living room and bedroom are small balconies. All exterior with good tourist sights.

In apartments there is Wi-Fi. In 'Gaudi' no air-conditioned for heat and cold, in both apartments are electric heater.

There are other apartments in the same building can accommodate groups up to 13 people

Liceo Metro in just 200m, 2m Las Ramblas, Plaza Cataluña 500m, 1500m Barceloneta-Beach, Port Vell 500m

The house rules are only to apply some common sense:

- Respect the nocturnal resting hours.

- Do not make too much noise in the apartment or in the common parts of the building.

- Washing dishes and pick up the kitchen after cooking.

Loss of keys will be a surcharge of 15 €.

From our balcony you can see the museum Ramblas and Palau Guell by Antonio Gaudi. Apartment is in a building after reform is in 3rd floor, but real is 4, has no elevator. They can accommodate up to 4 people! Apartment is 40 sqm, a spacious lounge with kitchenette and balcony, a double bedroom with balcony, bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, radio alarmclock, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV, dining table for 4, washing machine, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and glasses for 6, hairdryer, irons, ironing boards, sheets, towels, soap. Apartment has air conditioning to heat and cold, Wi-Fi. In the same building there are other apartments that you can book together for large groups up to 13 people.
