This large (over 550 m2 built) 5-bedroom, detached, self-catering villa has a private pool, A/C and is situated on the Costa Del Sol coast in the new development of Las Coscas, just by La Sierrezuela, very near Fuengirola. Malaga airport is only 20 mins away by car. Ideal location for a family holiday, golfing groups or poolside dreamers alike. . All amenities are within easy reach: golf courses, beaches, shopping malls, night life, etc. but the area is far enough to avoid the street noise that spoils many a vacation.

Villa located in the quiet residential area of Las Coscas, just past Sierrezuela, approx. 2 Km from downtown Fuengirola. Mijas' over half a dozen golf courses are all within approx. 15 min. drive. Malaga city, boasting its new Picasso museum, Cathedral and Alcazaba, is at 1/2 hour car distance, while Torremolinos (15 mins), Marbella (25 mins), Puerto Banus (30 mins) and Gibraltar (1 hour approx.) offer other alternatives for the discerning holidaymaker. The inland roads to Mijas, Alhaurin el Grande, Alhaurin de la Torre, Coin, and other picturesque villages are all within easy reach. The Benalmadena water park, bird and dolphin exhibitions, another two water parks in Fuengirola and Torremolinos, all hold enjoyment promises for the younger. Spain's top-notch retailer El Corte Ingles recently opened one of its largest outlets on the Costa del Sol just 10 min. away by car. Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note rental prices are flat rate regardless of party size (maximum 11 persons). 30% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking, with the balance payable on arrival unless otherwise agreed. A £400 damage and electricity deposit is also charged per week booked. The balance of this deposit over electricity consumption is refunded within one month of departure, provided no damage on the property has occurred. Vacate by 10.00 a.m. and entrance after 2.00 p.m. A welcome pack is provided on arrival free of charge.
  • Long term (minimum one year) rent: € 2,500 per month.

Notes: Dogs (not cats) are allowed in the outdoor area, not within the house. There is ample undeveloped space nearby where dogs can be walked conveniently, under their owners' care and responsibility. I hope you understand that our garden care arrangement does not include cleaning dog waste, so any requirements in that respect will be charged through the damages deposit. The house is built on two levels, with the kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and garage on the lower floor.
