East Trenean Farm offers luxury accommodation in grade II listed 18th century barns. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and surrounded by 10 acres of private land with grazing sheep, ducks, geese and chickens. With free parking, beautiful gardens and free WIFI, this farm offers a great base for exploring both Cornwall and Devon. These barns are contemporary in style with oak wooden flooring, woolen rugs, wooden furniture and goose down bedding. Large flat screen TVs, DVDs, dishwashers, washing machines, wood burning stoves & central heating are of course included as these are high quality comfortable homes with lots of space. Both holiday barns have large good sized bedrooms with quality pocket sprung beds that can be arranged as doubles or twins. With clean, bright well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Children and babies are very welcome.

This is a peaceful, tranquil haven where there is no noise or light pollution. It is so relaxed and noise free that you can walk in the gardens or sit in a deck chair and just enjoy the sounds of nature.

The SW Coast path or walks in Kilminorth Woods will provide plenty of exercise and breathtaking scenery.

Plenty of outdoor activities within 10 miles of here to suit every interest.

Several National Trust Properties and many beautiful gardens to visit nearby.

Fishing: Looe (3 miles) is the shark fishing centre of Great Britain and boats may be chartered for this and for mackerel and bottom fishing. Coarse fishing is available at Siblyback Lake (8 miles) and Bake lakes.

Looe golf course 0.5 miles,

11 miles to Whitsand Bay (6 miles of sandy beach with National Trust coast).

A short drive away are the following:Eden project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, National Trust Houses (Anthony House, Lanhydrock House, Cotehele,Mount Edgcumbe),Bodmin moor and Dartmoor,Polperro, Fowey and Padstow.

Notes: Large, light, new, airy, modern, but retaining original charm. All rooms are very spacious. All bedrooms are double size. All beds are quality pocket sprung and extra long. Each barn is very quiet and private but equally would be perfect for a gathering of family, friends or group and therefore can be booked individually or together. Stair gates available to use at top & bottom of stairs, high chairs, travel cots, baby baths, bed guards, baby bouncer and baby carrier for walking. Socket protectors cover all low level power points. All available on request. Sorry pets not accepted. Non smoking. All linen included except beach towels, t.towels and oven gloves. Goose down duvets and pillows in all bedrooms (hypo-allergenic bedding available on request). Central heating included. The barns are personally managed and cared for by the owner and her family to ensure that they are always immaculate on arrival day.

Wonderful Stay at The Water Mill

Our expectations we already had by the homepage were clearly surpassed. The holiday flat is quite large for 4 persons and is furnished very comfortable and cosy to make you feel at home.
Everything you might need is available.
The bathroom is wonderful, there is a large shower. Guests are provided with wonderful big towels. The kitchen is completely eqipped.
Every holiday flat has got a seperated little garden with garden furniture where you can enjoy the cornish sun.
The location is ideal for sightseeing tours in any directions, and there is so much to see and to visit within an hour time by car, but there are also nice sandy beaches nearby. And if you haven't got any (further) idea where to go to the next day, just ask the owner. She has got a lot of good ideas for lovely excursions and places to visit, or she'll have a recommendation for you for a nice pub or restaurant.

All in all: we had a perfect holiday at "The Water Mill"!
