East Trenean Farm offers luxury accommodation in grade II listed 18th century barns. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and surrounded by 10 acres of private land with grazing sheep, ducks, geese and chickens. With free parking, beautiful gardens and free WIFI, this farm offers a great base for exploring both Cornwall and Devon. These barns are contemporary in style with oak wooden flooring, woolen rugs, wooden furniture and goose down bedding. Large flat screen TVs, DVDs, dishwashers, washing machines, wood burning stoves & central heating are of course included as these are high quality comfortable homes with lots of space. Both holiday barns have large good sized bedrooms with quality pocket sprung beds that can be arranged as doubles or twins. With clean, bright well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Children and babies are very welcome.

This is a peaceful, tranquil haven where there is no noise or light pollution. It is so relaxed and noise free that you can walk in the gardens or sit in a deck chair and just enjoy the sounds of nature.

Several National Trust Properties and many beautiful gardens to visit nearby.

Fishing: Looe (3 miles) is the shark fishing centre of Great Britain and boats may be chartered for this and for mackerel and bottom fishing. Coarse fishing is available at Siblyback Lake (8 miles) and Bake lakes.

Looe golf course 0.5 miles,

11 miles to Whitsand Bay (6 miles of sandy beach with National Trust coast).

A short drive away are the following:Eden project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, National Trust Houses (Anthony House, Lanhydrock House, Cotehele,Mount Edgcumbe),Bodmin moor and Dartmoor,Polperro, Fowey and Padstow.

Fantastic luxurious property

We spent two weeks at the lovely barn conversion that is situated in an ideal location to explore Cornwall. We were greeted by Tanji the owner who is very friendly and helpful and who obviously takes great pride and care in her property. The property has been very tastefully converted, retaining original features but having all the necessary mod cons for a luxurious family holiday. The countryside and coast in this area is stunning with Looe and other coastal beaches being a quick drive away. Overall this is an excellent property for a family holiday.

Luxurious and very comfortable house!

Very high quality furnished house with lots of space. Everything was very neat and clean. The bedrooms are very comfortable, good beds and the two bathrooms are modern. The gallery with the extra bed is for sleeping not so suitable, quite hot and noisy because it is located right on the living room. The kitchen has a large oven and a large refrigerator, perfect. If it rains, you can stay in the perfect living room, TV (no German channels), Wi-Fi, comfortable sofas and chairs. Even the garden is very nice and equipped with wood furniture. Overall, a highly recommended home with a good price / performance ratio! Tanji and Steve (owners) are also very helpfulI. If you want to visit cornwall looe is also a very good starting point, with this house, the holiday can begin! Highly recommended!

Tanji and Steve have turned a barn into an amazing holiday home. The location is great for Looe. Fowey, Eden Project etc. The house itself is really great:

Living room - lovely and the high ceilings make it a great communal space
Kitchen - all the mod-cons and cooking for 8 people was easy (2 ovens!)
Bedrooms - well finished, comfy beds / linen and nicely decorated
Bathrooms - modern, absolutely not complaints.

Overall, a lovely house, a great stay and we were pleasantly surprised as the pictures do not do it justice!
