Compare rates and availability to see how much you are saving, the average price for a Villa is $3500 - $5000 per day. All-inclusive mandatory fee payable at the resort on arrival (Includes Drinks !!!). ADULTS US$75.00 per day ($525.00 per week) VILLA. CHILDREN 3 to 12 half price. INFANTS - Free. * Villa can be rented by 2 to 8 persons and there is no surcharge for under occupancy. ALL EXCLUSIVE VIP MEMBERS ONLY FACILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THIS AMAZING PRICE! VIP World Complex. We now offer the lowest all inclusive prices of any member/owner on all villa rentals. We have pre-purchased hundreds of villa slots before the price increase so you can save money. The resort raised the all inclusive price on January 1st, 2013 to $85.00/pd for adults and $42.50/pd for children and your rates are still at $75.00pp/pd for adults and $37.75pp/pd for children. You will SAVE $70.00 per adult PER WEEK off the current all incluisve price when you book you next villa here. Fun family vacation enjoyed by all

This was the best family vacation by far that we have ever experienced at any price. I can not express enough detail about the resort staff and about how Mark Austin took care of everything for our vacation stay. The food choices with all the restaurants was fantastic and the VIP areas were simply incredible. The VIP pool bar staff were so friendly and after two days had drinks ready for me when I arrived - that is service at its finest. We will return and we have already been telling friends and family what a fantastic vacation spot this is.

This place is awesome. We rented from Mark and found that everything that he promised was just as delivered. You can not go wrong with the VIP treatment and the resort is just beautiful. We thouroughly enjoyed the food and drinks as well as the gourmet restaurant. You will not be dissapointed in this resort.

Beautiful Villa and Very Friendly People

I can not say enough for the people of the Dominican Republic, warm and friendly and so wonderful around children. We rented the villa and never wanted to leave back home. I would recommend this resort and the service we received from Mark was nothing short of amazing. We will absolutely be back and I am sure that I will be bringing many more clients to Mark's way since to date this is the best vacation that my family has ever had. The villa was amazing the price for the all inclusive was almost hard to believe.

We rented a 6 Bedroom, 5 Bedroom and a 3 Bedroom Villa from Mark for a group vacation. There was much contemplation on who to rent from, but after careful searching and reviews from other travelers I know we made the best decision possible. Everyone knew who we rented from and that made us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the VIP benefits and VIP Parties. We all experienced differenct activities and enjoyed our vacation. I am already planning on a return trip and I can't wait. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with and everything he said we would receive we did (golf cart, Ocean World, VIP). I suggest that anyone who is considering traveling to this resort do some research and make sure that you are renting from an owner. This is an absolutely fantastic resort with friendly people and the VIP access makes you feel special.

Completely Spoiled

We rented from Mark and this is my second time to this wonderful resort. Mark is very well known in the resort and he stays on top the complete reservation process from beginning to end. We rented a 4 Bedroom villa with VIP Access, we requested a villa close to the VIP areas and I was right where I wanted to be. We had full reign of the resort from VIP Beach to VIP World. I would not even consider renting from anyone else and I have heard the nightmares from others while I was in the resort. This is a great resort for any occasion, but especially wonderful for just a completely relaxing holiday. We received the Golf Cart, Ocean World Tickets and we were treated like royalty from the time of check-in until our departure.
