The building amenities include a gym, outdoor heated pool, 24 hr security. Just metres away from sandy beaches. The living room, closed terrace and master bedroom offer stunning panoramic views over the sea and world class sunsets. Flat has wifi and cable TV, 1 parking space.
Getting around is very easy, with many roads offering cycle paths for cyclists and rollerbladers. Bicycles can be rented just a few blocks away from the apartment.

The flat has been refurbished recently, so we have a fantastic spacious kitchen, and two very good shower rooms. The mattress are very comfortable, and the flat is very clean. The location is perfect, as one can walk into town and if needed also into Tienda Inglesa Shopping center. We provide maid service daily and the flat is beautifully kept. A great place to relax and enjoy your holidays.
We can deal with various different cultures as we speak various languages.

This is a delightfully relaxing place with lovely sunset views out over the gentle coastline of la playa mansa. Close to the old town, right across from the beach. But the views from the windows in this apartment are enough to keep you inside! Clean, sunny, bright. Would definitely recommend. Very hospitable and accommodating owners, and friendly building staff.
My family of 6 (including our 6 month old grand daughter) stayed in this lovely apartment for a week Dec. 30th- January 6th 2011. The accomodations were very comfortable, clean and roomy with great windows for an open , airy feeling as well as a great view of the beach across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful, pool was lovely and we walked to many restaurants close by. I was worried about there not being any air conditioning however the windows all open up creating a lovely breeze which cooled the rooms off nicely.
There are a couple of computers for general use in the lobby and wireless available in that area as well. These worked great and were readily available.
All in All this was a beautiful home away from home which we all enjoyed for a relaxing beach holiday!
Beautiful location, Within walking distance of almost everything in Punta Del Este. The flat is very comfortable, and has the most amazing view. The building has a great pool and nice fitness center. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And the owner is great to work with. I would recommend this flat to anyone =)
My friend and I stayed at this apartment from Dec. 28, 2008 - Jan. 3, 2009. The apartment was very spacious, and comfortably decorated. The maids came everyday at 10AM like clockwork and kept the place spotless. The owner, Rosa, and her assistant, Cecilia, were always hospitable and accomodating. I highly recommend this location as it is walking distance to almost everything in Punta del Este.

Punta del Este is the most sophisticated and popular seaside resort in Uruguay and is twinned with St Tropez, France. The town sits on a peninsular and benefits from both calm ocean suitable for safe and easy swimming (La Mansa) and a rougher sea suitable for surfing (La Brava). A Centre of international jet set life in summer (mid December to end March) Punta del Este has a fantastic array of night life, restaurants and shopping for all tastes. Nearby José Ignacio is a charming fishing village. Day trips can be made into the interior of the country to experience the rural life of the local farmers (gauchos) and a visit to two nearby islands is also highly recommended.

Price is per week per flat for a maximum of 4 people. The rental includes Cable tv, full use of building facilities (outdoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, and maid cleaning service, gym). Electricity and telephone costs are charged to tenants at cost by the building before departure, *supplement fee for winter electricity of usd 200 per period of max 7 days. Guarantee of USD 300.
First payment on booking of 50%, by bank transfer balance due 4 weeks before arrival together with the damage deposit. Payment done by bank transfer to Uruguayan bank account (transfer fees to be paid by the tenant) .
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
