Photos and Description of the Uruguay vacation apartment rental
Up tp 5 people in one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single room

Located on the front line of Playa Mansa, in Punta del Este, two blocks away from the 5 star Conrad Hotel and only 15 minutes walking distance from the main shopping centre, cinema and town centre. This apartment has maid service, new bathrooms, new and good quality mattresses and a brand new (Sept 11) and pretty fully equipped kitchen. The building has a gym and an outside heated pool. The closest beach is located only 50 metres in front of the building. Views from the living room are stunning with fantastic views of a world class sunset. Rental of bicycles is very easy, and an interesting way of getting around as some roads have a section just for bikes and rollerblades. Once you set foot in Punta del Este, people understand why it is so special. High season from December until end February, November and March temperature is still good and it is quiet

PAYMENT: 50% deposit secures dates with balance paid 6 weeks prior to departure plus damage guarantee of U$ 500 - includes damage/breakage/extra service. Note: Before going ahead with the payment we think it is good to speak 'live' on the phone so we kindly ask to let us have your telephone number with dialing code so we can call you for a little chat and answer any questions you may have. Punta del Este is the most sophisticated and popular seaside resort in Uruguay and is twinned with St Tropez, France. The town sits on a peninsular and benefits from both calm ocean suitable for safe and easy swimming (La Mansa) and a rougher sea suitable for surfing (La Brava). A Centre of international jet set life in summer (mid December to end March) Punta del Este has a fantastic array of night life, restaurants and shopping for all tastes. Nearby José Ignacio is a charming fishing village. Day trips can be made into the interior of the country to experience the rural life of the local farmers (gauchos) and a visit to two nearby islands is also highly recommended.

Notes

  • Price is per week per flat for a maximum of 5 people. Price does not include linen or towels. These can be requested at USD 25 per person per set. The rental includes Cable tv, full use of building facilities (outdoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, and maid cleaning service, gym). Electricity and telephone costs are charged to tenants at cost by the building before departure, *supplement fee for winter electricity of usd 200 per period of max 7 days. Guarantee of USD 500. ** We always like to have a chat on the phone before final agreement. Please make sure your telephone number and dial code number appears when you enquire so we can call you for a little chat. We find this is a good way of making real contact before you send your payment**
    Payment of 50% of rent is paid to secure the booking. 50 % remaining balance plus damage guarantee is paid 6 weeks prior to start of rental. Payments by bank wire transfer, and bank fees are due to the tenant.

Notes: We have made of this flat a functional place where people enjoy staying. There is concierge service 24hrs and maid service which is very friendly. This is a second home to the owners and is a very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Computers of the building can be used at lobby (2 of them). The flat has internet connection.

Delightful beach condominium -

This is a delightfully relaxing place with lovely sunset views out over the gentle coastline of la playa mansa. Close to the old town, right across from the beach. But the views from the windows in this apartment are enough to keep you inside! Clean, sunny, bright. Would definitely recommend. Very hospitable and accommodating owners, and friendly building staff.

La verdad es excelente, esta super bien ubicado, muy luminoso, equipado, el edificio funciona casi como un hotel teniendo en cuenta la disposicion del personal de servicio.

New Years eve in Punta!

Just wanted to say how much we ALL enjoyed your beautiful place in Punta Del Estes. We had fantastic weather and made full use of the beach across from the condo as well as were able to walk to our favourite coffee place in the morning and many restaurants. The fire works displays New Years eve were really something to behold and something that we had never experienced before, wonderful!
Your condo was a perfect home away from home and we found everyone who we dealt with there very friendly and helpful! All the best, J

Great Beach Holiday Spot

My family of 6 (including our 6 month old grand daughter) stayed in this lovely apartment for a week Dec. 30th- January 6th 2011. The accomodations were very comfortable, clean and roomy with great windows for an open , airy feeling as well as a great view of the beach across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful, pool was lovely and we walked to many restaurants close by. I was worried about there not being any air conditioning however the windows all open up creating a lovely breeze which cooled the rooms off nicely.
There are a couple of computers for general use in the lobby and wireless available in that area as well. These worked great and were readily available.
All in All this was a beautiful home away from home which we all enjoyed for a relaxing beach holiday!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Amazing!!

Beautiful location, Within walking distance of almost everything in Punta Del Este. The flat is very comfortable, and has the most amazing view. The building has a great pool and nice fitness center. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And the owner is great to work with. I would recommend this flat to anyone =)
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
