This delightful modern detached villa is located in front of the sea in a quite cul-de-sac having superb views towards Puerto Pollensa and across the bay to Bonaire. The centre of Alcudia old town is less than a mile away, with local shops and restaurants nearby. For 2009 season the accommodation will be on both ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there will be a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a living room with sitting and dining areas plus a fitted kitchenf. On the first floor there is one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom. The first floor lounge / dining room has double patio doors to a balcony which offers wonderful sea views. There is a separate fitted breakfast kitchen, which also has access to the balcony.

This delightful modern detached villa is located in front of the sea in a quite cul-de-sac having superb views towards Puerto Pollensa and across the bay to Bonaire. The centre of Alcudia old town is less than 1 mile or Puerto Pollensa is just a few minutes drive away, with local shops and restaurants nearby. The town of Alcudia and the compact port of Alcudia are situated on the neck of one of Mallorca's northern peninsulas. Many visitors take an Alcudia holiday for the beach alone with its 11 km of curving white sand that shelves gently into the sea. There are many beach-side cafés and restaurants and a great variety of water sports to be enjoyed as well as other local activities to keep you occupied including horse riding and golf. The nightlife is centred around the local bars and night-clubs which are lively but not rowdy. Alcudia is just what you would expect from a beach holiday, with a range of nearby cultural sites to visit as well.
