Located in the peaceful village of Drios, this summer house offers the perfect setting to explore the island of Paros. It is 20 minutes away from the airport, 30 minutes from the main city-port Paroikia and 20 minutes drive from Naousa a beautiful city with many restaurants, bars and shops.

Drios has a small supermarket with local products and a few peaceful tavernas, 2 on the beach, offering Greek cuisine and fresh fish.

Many sandy beaches are within 10 minutes drive from the house, some offering water sports, others a perfect setting just to relax.

Located in Drios, this beautiful summer house in on an amphitheatre slope overlooking Golden beach and Naxos, the island opposite Paros.

The house is 45 m, has 2 spacious rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. The house is on one level, ground floor and both rooms have direct access to the terrace and offer spectacular sea view.

There is also a pergola outside the house with a dining table, which allows you to relax all day long and enjoy the fantastic view......

Notes

  • Security deposit of 300 Euro is required upon arrival and will be returned on departure.
    30% security deposit is required for booking. The balance should be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival.
    If you cancel the reservation 5 weeks or earlier, before arrival date, we will send you back the deposit.
    If you cancel 5 weeks till 3 weeks prior to arrival, we keep the deposit. After you deposit the 70% balance and cancel or do not show up, we keep the whole amount.
    Prices include utilities (water and electricity). Minimum age limit for renters is 25.
