The week is from Saturday to Saturday with check - in on Saturdays from 16.00 to 21.00 and chek out the Saturday before 10.00. This condition is required during high season. May be treatable and agreed with the owner at other times. The monthly price is indicative and is 4 weeks (Saturday to Saturday) Costs of final cleaning Euro 60,00 (obligatory). Is required to confirm the booking a deposit of 30% (by bank transfer or postal order) of the total. Upon arrival must be paid the full amount. Is required on arrival deposit of Euro 250,00 (in cash) for any damage caused to the structure. The deposit will be returned when returning the keys after checking the apartment.
