A captivating Mediterranean style villa in Puerto Pollensa with pool, situated approx 1km from the town with it´s fantastic beaches, marina, yacht club and famous Pine Walk. Situated in an elevated position overlooking the bay of Pollensa the villa makes and ideal spot to sit and relax whilst taking in the amazing views. There is a good sized pool and terrace with six sunbeds, dining area and comfortable sitting area at the front, with landscaped gardens to the rear. The terrace has covered areas and additional shade can provided by retractable sun blinds. The house comprises a spacious elegant lounge with comfortable sofa and large LCD TV and separate dining area that sits up to 10 people. There is a fully fitted kitchen with large fridge freezer, oven, cooking hob, microwave and dishwasher and plenty of counter space with some seating provided.
