This luxury 4 bedroom villa is located in the quietest part of Indian Creek. It is an outstanding development only 5 minutes from Disney World and 2 minutes from Highway 192 and its large selection of restaurants and supermarkets.

Furnished in a modern style to the highest standards the accommodation consists of two master bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has two single beds, the fourth bedroom is a children's room and is decorated in the theme of Nemo & friends. The third and fourth bedrooms share the third bathroom which also has an over-bath shower.

The extended pool deck faces south and has meshed screening. The pool area is fenced on both sides for complete privacy. The 30' pool has a raised spa and waterfall. There is a lanai (patio) area where a table and chairs are available for outdoor dining.

Unlimited local calls, free high speed internet and games room complete with Pool Table and Air Hockey Table.

The lounge area has three leather sofas and is decorated in a modern style with a large cable TV, DVD- VHS player and an X-BOX. The dining room leads off the lounge area with a large dining table.

The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and includes every modern appliance as well as having a breakfast table.

All rooms have variable speed fans along with air conditioning. The garage contains a washing machine and dryer.

The pool is protected with a children's safety fence and pool door alarms.

The villa itself is alarmed, which is monitored by Brinks Security linked to the local sheriffs department.

Indian Creek is a quiet residential area with communal facilities including tennis courts, basket ball court, putting green, football pitch and two childrens play areas. Located only 5 minutes from Disney World and 2 minutes from Highway 192 and all its restaurants & supermarkets. Other parks such as Sea World and Universal are within 15 minutes drive. Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens are all within a couple of hours drive. Formosa Gardens is the nearest centre for shopping (2 minutes away). This has a supermarket, numerous restaurants, Tourist Info Center, Pharmacy and medical center. Travel a little further and you will find Florida Mall, Mall at Millenia and numerous factory outlet stores. Historic downtown Kissimmee is only 10 minutes drive away. The area is a golfers paradise with numerous championship standard golf courses to choose from in the Kissimmee area.

The third bedroom has two single beds, large wardrobe and overlooks the pool area. The fourth bedroom is a children's room and is decorated in the theme of Nemo & friends with bunk beds, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The lower part of the bunk is a small double allowing the room to accommodate 3 children. The third and fourth bedrooms share the third bathroom which also has an over-bath shower.

Great villa. Immaculate,comfortable and spacious. Well equipped for adults and children alike. We want a home like this in the UK - including the huge bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes and family friendly open plan layout. Shame we can't bring the Florida sunshine back with us. We will definately stay in this villa again. Would recommend a trip to Boggy Creek for an airboat ride. Banana Breeze restaurant and the Orlando Ale House for good,reasonably priced meals.

Hi, this the second time I've used this villa and I continue to be impressed by the overall level of cleanliness, great location, and the notable absence of the usual floridian chintz!
The new games room is a definite bonus and the information on local attractions and where to eat is really helpful. And the location of the villa makes most places local, just ten minutes to Disney, five minutes to really good food.
I'm back in November, and again in February next year. See you soon. John (Solihull)

Stayed April 2011, 2 families of 4 & my mum! Plenty of space to accommodate all. Grown-ups had en-suites (ours was bigger than our bedroom back home!) & kids shared main bathroom. Pool & spa were great, as was the terrace that had plenty of furniture for us to all eat outside, which we did once or twice. Games room kept the kids amused on those nights too! Great location, short drive to all Disney/Universal parks & even shorter drive to Route 192 with stacks of (cheap) restaurants (recommend Golden Corral & Sizzler). A great place to stay (owner was really friendly too) & will def be going back.
