Bright and spacious apartment (130 M2) in art nouveau villa of '900 with garden, in quiet and central location (the Lido's pier for vaporetto only 400mt.). Consists on a large entrance, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi, kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (two double + two single beds), Wi-Fi, TV (DTT), private parking. Towels and bed-linen on request (10€ additional cost each person), utilities and cleaning included in the price.
Nearest Beach : beach at 1 Kilometres
Car: not necessary

Venice-Lido (vaporetto terminal) is famous for its beach, Venice film festival, bike ride and more...unmissable location for all tourists. It's a golden opportunity who wants relax and in the same breath visit Venice (only 2-3 steps with vaporetto for San Marco's Place) and its art.
