The Resort is situated on 19 acres of lush landscaped gardens with 90 story residences surrounding a freshwater swimming pool, swim-up bar, whirlpool and bar. There are also two tennis courts. The accommodations at Mystic Ridge feature large private balcony with views of the Caribbean, the Ocho Rios coastline or the resort grounds and pool. Room amenities include satellite TV, air conditioned, irons & ironing boards and equipped kitchenettes. For recreation there are two lawn tennis courts as well as table tennis.

Appleton Estate Rum Tour Siloah, St. Elizabeth View Website Get to know 'where de rum come from' World famous tour of sugar press and distillery with complimentary drinks or coffee and rum-tasting session. The location was pefect, 5 minutes walk to town centre.
5 minutes walk to beach and 10 to 15 minutes walk to many attractions.

The property was clean, well maintained and offer all the facilities you require.
Excellent customer service by the owner and the resort staff.

I would recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Great location, the villa is fully equipped with plates, pots & utensils. pros: location, security, pool, kids playpen in rm, the view from the community.
cons: they need a new ac. there 1 old school ac located in the bedrm & it doesnt circulate throughout the house. There are lots of fans so the house cools down eventually (once you open the patio french drs & windows.) They need a modern tv, there is only 1 located in the living rm none in the bed rm.
Overall, the place was cozy, secure and clean. recommendation: (cleaning lady needs 2 come daily & change the towels.) I would recommend it to my friends.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

First class location, facilities five star.
Property clean, well maintained and in excellent condition
Excellent maid service and the restaruant first class.

Swimming pool and views great.
Apartment provides every thing you require.

Tennis court coaches are excellent

Enjoyable Winter Getaway

I rented the 1BR unit in Jan 09. It's a nice, cozy, and affordable spot for 1 - 4 adults or families w/ 1 - 2 children. We did most of our own dining. I ate at the hotel restaurant the 1st night and was not too pleased with the service. The cost wasn't too bad ($15 USD) for dinner but two of us ate at the beach for same rate. Mr. Green and the house keeper (Kenesha) took care of us and made sure we had what we needed. I absolutely loved the location. The few days we didn't have a rental car we were able to walk into town and have brunch right on the beach. Margaritaville is a short walk and Dunns River Fall is about 5 min drive. I highly suggest if you walk somewhere, take a cab back to the hotel. It's easy to negotiate an affordable rate especially for such a short distance. The steep hill leading to the site is not for those who have physical challenges. It's so steep, the vehicles need an extra boost of acceleration just to push their way up. I would definately come back but I'd rather do the 2BR for more space and a better view.
