The apartment is in a building with a communal swimming pool. Located 300 meters from the beach (Playa Nova Icaria, Villa Olimpica) and the Puerto Olimpico, with its sports and leisure areas (Restaurants, Clubs, etc).

A 100 meters is the Mall of the Vila, with 15 cinemas, restaurants, supermarket, parking, etc.

A 200 m from the Mapfre Tower, Casino and Hotel Arts Barcelona.Tram and bus stop with 10 minute journey to the centre. Two Metro stations Line of less than 300 m (Bogatell and Cuitadella).The apartment has private terrrace on the ground floor with direct access to the pool and communal area. It has capacity for 4 people and is fully equipped.The master bedroom has double bed and large closets. Living room with natural leather sofa bed, table and 4 chairs. The bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer and heated towel rail. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave and other items.

The apartment is equipped for use all year.
