Villa Amanda is a beautiful and spacious detached holiday home which is centrally located on the Hampton Lakes development, well away from Highway 27 and any potential traffic noise.

Disney : The villa provides easy access to the magical world of Disney.

Subject to traffic, the villa is just 15 minutes drive from Disney main gate.

Universal Studios and Seaworld, Aquatica etc: These attractions are approx 30 minutes drive from Villa Amanda.

After a busy day entertaining the kids at any of the world famous theme parks you will welcome the peace and relaxing atmosphere that exists at Hampton Lakes and Villa Amanda

Gulf Coast and the Kennedy Space Centre: The Gulf coast is just over an hours drive from the villa. The turquoise waters and white sands found of the Gulf coast are an attraction which everyone should take time to see when visiting Florida. Interstate 4 which is 5 minutes south of Hampton Lakes provides direct access to the Gulf coast and Tampa Bay .

If space travel is your interest, Villa Amanda is also located 1 hour from Kennedy Space Centre situated on the Atlantic coast.
